Kimm is the best! She is professional, kind, and just a beautiful soul. She always asks what areas you want her to focus on, but never neglects the other areas on your body during the massage. She even gave me stretches to do when I was having back pain. The atmosphere is always serene. I promise after your visit you will come out feeling refreshed!

When I tell you that Kimm is absolutely...phenomenal! My husband and I have just completed our massages today and every moment of this experience! Kimm is an elite except with massage therapy, provided top notch expertise and knowledge and is professional from beginning to end! I have been getting massages with Kim for over 10 years. I truly can be a difficult person to please and Kim has always been patience and very professional. The establishment is always clean and I have never had anything but a pleasant experience. I was truly puzzled by the recent reviews and sincerely would not hesitate to file charges if I ever had a similar experience or felt like I had been violated in any way. However, I generally like her services and absolutely will continue to patronize this establishment.

There's no really big signage to let you know you're at the right spot, and the entry door says closed Saturdays and Sundays, but ring the doorbell and you get buzzed into a cute little tranquil looking space. The rooms are set like enclosed cubicles and are clean. We went in for a 90 minute couples massage since I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday. The prices were reasonable, $100 for a regular 90 minute plus $65 for the 90 minute birthday massage. Basically $200 with tip for 2 people. That's still pretty competitive even without a birthday discount. The massages themselves were very good and relaxing. The rooms were side by side with a clear window where we could see each other still. They'll work on the areas you want them to focus on more if you specify any problem spots. They don't ask about pressure, but the only issue I had was when she went super super light pressure where at first I thought she was just holding me for a few minutes until I realized she was moving her fingers, it was just very very light. I'm sure communication would have been easy, but I just wanted to experience things as they were for my first time going. My husband has no complaints. The only downside was how the building itself was set up. You can easily hear the environment around you, cars passing, emergency vehicles, people walking and talking. The quality of the massage made up for that though, but it's just something to note. The upside to the set up is that only the masseuse and clients are in the secure space at a time, so it's a nice private session where people don't just walk in and ring or hang in a lobby and talk. Oh, they have parking in the lot attached to the building, we just didn't realize it at the time (no big signage) so we parked on the street, which also worked out anyway.

Very unpleasant experience I booked a massage with Kimm and REGRET EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!! Very unsanitary environment especially for it to be somewhere I am trying to relax. The massage started off ok but quickly turned after she excused herself to take a personal call she returned with an attitude and was very rough I brought it to her attention as I had recently had surgery she ignored I left feeling very sore and groggy. There was a very musky smell which I believe she tried to cover up with incense don’t know if it was her personally, bad plumbing or the sketchy neighborhood but I definitely believe it needs to be tended to. I do not recommend this place I tried it out due to being a small black owned business but I don’t believe everyone has the ability to be a boss/owner of anything I hope she addresses these issues soon .

I thoroughly enjoyed the full body massage. It was very relaxing. Kimm was courteous, professional, and so polite! She also has magic in her hands! If you want to have a beautiful and relaxing experience, I highly recommend that you patronize her business.
