I'm sorry for the people who are upset at my father he's trying his best to help me grow up and to provide for me and to help other people and my father he doesn't steal your money or anything and on top of these negative reviews my father has to take out part of his paycheck at the end of every month to pay child support to my mother to help her raise me and she works a lot and has been having to train people for her job even though she's in pain and struggling.
(I'm very sorry if you have had a bad experience before from my father's business that was handed down from his mother who passed away in 2018 from ovarian cancer)

I called this morning needing gaskets. We all know about product shortages and I could Not think of the name of what I needed. Adam gave me his cell number to send him pictures and he helped me asap. Very nice and professional!

They installed my pool 5 years ago. I was buying chemicals from them . But stopped because I found it cheaper somewhere else. Called today to have them come out and give me an estimate on what's it's going to cost to replace the liner and add an extra pump. They were gone charge me for the estimate. I'm done using Paradise Pools. No other pool service in Quincy charges for estimates.

Terrible customer service in the last year. I’ve asked 3 TIMES for help concerning a $6000 hot tub I purchased new from them and still no response! 2 years after my purchase, the control panel failed and they refuse to return my call! Do not buy from these thieves!!

I've been a long time customer of Paradise Pools & Spas. They have an amazing staff from store to on site workers. Customer service is A+! 🙂 I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Bad attitude understaffed and quality of work quality of work poor I would never go to them if they was the only company in town I would just drain my pool and tear it out because after they touch your stuff that's what you'll have to do
