Riverdale ill is the worst township. I paid the water bill and 9am why my water is not on. The public works sit out and drink and kick it instead of doing there job... it didn't take 24hrs when I gave Riverdale high azz hell money stealing town like damn really I'm pissed

Phone clerk is evil as they come! Very nasty attitude. Smart mouth, just rude no matter how nice you approach her at the window or on the phone. Definitely not service with a smile.

I just moved out here. Every time I come here to take care of Business.. Them Witches in there are Rude & Nasty. Eating at the window & All. 😳🤬🤬 Gimme the Damn Job. If U can't work with the Public ..then DON'T!!!!!

Rude. Rude. Rude. Whoever answers the phone is rude, sounds old and miserable, like she gets paid minimum wage under the table with NO benefits. Breathing hard when ppl are talking and cutting them off when they are not finish speaking is rude!!!! But clearly some ppl don’t know that nor do they care to know… I dread calling this place bc of the customer service .. but it’s cool. What goes around comes around. Y’all stay blessed.

I just don't understand why they are so rude at this office. I am a very friendly person and respectable. But to be rude just because it's unacceptable. Customer service needs a big improvement. 7 years of this is ridiculous!

Never can reach a person. No one returns phone calls 😒 Called at 9:42 am and message says office closed. Says opens at 9:00 am..... Frustrating when trying to follow up on requests for aging parent...... 😒
