When we were looking to invest in a new hot tub this fall, we went to all of the places near our home to check out the various different hot tubs. We finally ended up at Relax Quincy Spas. We met Ryan the owner and he was so helpful in describing the benefits of the various different spas and worked towards getting us what we wanted Not just trying to sell us the biggest and best spa/hot tub they had in the place. We ended up with an amazing Caldera spa that we really love. Maintaining the spa with the frog system is so easy. Ryan has been great to work with and very responsive to any questions I’ve had in regard to maintaining my spa. If you’re looking for a spa, I suggest you go to QUINCY Illinois and see Ryan at Relax Quincy Spas. He can hook you up with exactly what you want and what you need.

If you’re looking to purchase a hot tub/spa, Relax Quincy Spas is where you want to be. Ryan and his staff were very professional and they provide excellent, courteous service for any & all your questions. You would be cheating yourself if you don’t give them a chance show you their products.

Great buying experience. Ryan went above and beyond to get us in the right spa for our family. The guys did a great job with delivery and setup. The family has been in it every day since setup. We ordered our Viking hot tub and even with the shut down (which caused many delays) we are getting our tub delivered next week. Gave us time for our patio and running the electric. They give you the box and once it's hooked up, they deliver, set up, fill it and make sure everything works. Ryan has done everything he said he would. This is a reputable business ! Took around 3 1/2 months.

Ryan and his staff are completely amazing! I bought a hot tub from them a few weeks ago, and it has been one of the best purchases I have ever made. From the day I walked in, to the time when my hot tub was delivered, Ryan was there every step of the way, and answered every question I had quickly and politely. Relax Quincy Spas has been excellent to work with throughout the entire process of preparing to get a hot tub right through the installation. While shopping for just the right one, Ryan answered all of my questions and helped me understand exactly what I would be getting and how it would work. During the installation, Brant once again answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail to help me understand what was needed for a smooth start-up. He assured me he would be available if I had any further questions afterwards. The wait for a special cover I ordered was the toughest part of the whole transaction. Many thanks to Ryan and Brant for a great experience from start to finish.
