I’ve gotten plenty of diamond glow facials and dermaplanning done in MO, CA, NC, and NY. This was my first time going here and it will be my last. I let the lady know that I had
tinted sunscreen on from that morning and had forgotten to take it off, my appointment was later in the evening. She started scrapping my dirty face with a blade without cleaning it or putting anything on so basically dry shaving. Then she was so fast at doing the actual facial itself, again not prepping my skin before starting. I was in and out in 30 min and was charge $200. All the places I’ve gone to it takes usually an hour for a facial and a dermaplan, when I called ahead they told me it would take an hour. Whenever I dermaplan my own face at home I always cleanse my skin before starting making sure it’s clean. Like I said I’ve been to plenty of different med spas and every single one would prep my skin and maybe do a nice quick scalp and neck massage they don’t do that here and that’s my favorite part of a facial cause you spend so much money you want them to take there time and you want to enjoy it. I know not a lot of places do red light therapy but most do and when I called I was told I would get either red or blue light and obviously didn’t get either. What I did get was razor burn. I called the next day and asked if they normally cleans the face if it has product on it before and she said yes, however she did not do that for me. She asked if she could take a look at my face but I was busy and there’s not anything she can do about razor burn. She was nice don’t get me wrong but I just feel like for $200 I should’ve gotten a little more.

UPDATE: The Luxe messaged me after reading my review and refunded me my money which I appreciate!! Just make sure when your getting a dermaplan you should ALWAYS have your face cleansed no matter what!! If your paying good money for an hour massage make sure it’s and hour, and if it’s a good quality facial you should get a short massage and usually a light therapy.
