Had my first experience at this spa with Lexie. She was so nice and welcoming and very professional! She walked me through every step of my facial and gave great tips to take care of my skin moving forward! I will be spreading the word & recommending to everyone I know!

Ray was incredible! Got a deep tissue massage and Ray honed in on the spots causing me the most pain, with pinpoint accuracy. Been over a week and sciatic nerve pain is still gone. Loosey goosey.

0 out of 10- don't recommend! 🤷🏼‍♀️

I was told they were hard to book to get into, but not living in the area I did some research on areas to get someone a MOTHER DAY massage and they came up. I ordered the gift certificate online to give to someone for mothers day to book her massage to later find out after booking they weren't taking new massage clients- but didn't have a way to inform people before they bought the gift certificates online (could just shut the services off but 🤷🏼‍♀️). Anyways, fast forward I reach out to them requesting a refund since my friend couldn't receive the services that were wanted, they told me they couldn't refund me after the gift certificate went out, but I could receive "other" services and products which was not what the gift certifate was intended for. After refusal to send me a refund and not provide services wanted, I disputed it with my bank, and received my money back.

Then get a lovely message from them on Facebook (unprofessional) letting me know they deactived the gift card that "they couldn't track back to me for a refund previously when requested" and won't be doing further services with me! LMAO! When the service requested wasn't for me.

Im sorry I'm not the person that just going to let your company keep my money and not provided the services paid for. Nor after this incident was you ever going to have to worry about EVER getting another dime from me 😂

If you were one of the people that got skimmed, highly recommend disputing with your bank that you paid for services that were not fullfilled to get your money back. 🤷🏼‍♀️

It was such a relaxing and welcoming environment, legitimately loved every second of it. I got a 60 minute facial done by Alexus Sprinkle, and it was literally just perfect. My upper body feels so relaxed, and my skin feels great. 10/10 definitely will be returning

Amy Cody is the sweetest and most talented hair dresser I’ve ever been too! She’s so flexible, responsive, and so kind. The atmosphere at the salon is so relaxed and very comfortable. Won’t go anywhere else! Always happy when I leave here!

I had my first facial in forever… lily did a beyond Amazing job. She made me feel comfortable and i left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I don’t think I’ve ever had a facial so good and the scalp rub and hair playing was the icing on the cake. 15/10!

This seems like it's going to be the go to spa recommendation from me from now on. The website is very well designed and the book now feature is so awesome! Makes it so easy to schedule an appointment. They also have excellent appointment availability! I needed a massage for my graduating daughter and they were able to get her an appointment for 3 days away. I emailed them about gift certificates on a day they were closed and they emailed me back a few hours later, even with the answers I wanted. (Gift cards for any amount can be purchased in store, does not have to be used all at one time, can be used to include tip). I am excited to hear how amazing the massage will be!

Amy at Summit is an AMAZING hair stylist. She always listens to exactly what I want and makes sure I leave fully satisfied with the color. She also did my hair for my wedding. The up do she did was phenomenal. It was gorgeous and stayed put all night while I danced.
