This is a really nice little park. Spacious lots (most if them). Well kept grounds. Very friendly personnel. Have nice little Pavillion next to the river (*creek where I'm from), seems to be well used by the folks that stay there. Lots of them sit in the river, or use other floats to enjoy the cool water. Less expensive that a lot if places too. Better WiFi than most too.
I recommend it, trust me, I know about these things. Plus, plenty of dog walk spaces (clean up after yer dogs!)
I would give it 5 stars, but nobody gets five from me )even if they pay me). So very high rating.

We are a fulltime family, and camped at Riverside RV Resort in our fifth wheel for 1 month. The nightly stay cost is reflective of a monthly stay rate. This campground is very convenient to I-10. We checked in at the office and given our vehicle passes. We were able to navigate the campground roads and to our pull through site #6 without issue. The roads are paved and all of the sites are concrete. Our site was long enough for our camper and tow vehicle. The sites do not have a picnic table. Water, electric and sewer hookups were all close by and no issues. AT&T cell service was great, 4 bars. We were able to work remotely with an AT&T hotspot with no external antenna. We didn't use the laundry room; unable to leave info on that. You can receive packages at the office and there is no charge to pickup.
Down by the river there is a nice pavilion with tables, chairs and a TV, along with a relaxing swing! There are a few walking trails around the campground as well.

There is a Walmart in Daphne and Pensacola that are both 25 minutes from the campground. There is a Piggly Wiggly in Loxley, 2 exits up on I-10. Most of your big box stores, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants are roughly 20-25 minutes away in Daphne, AL or Pensacola, FL. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

This is a perfect example of a well-run family campground. The roads are paved, the sites are well spaced, and they have concrete pads. Utilities are great and all in working order. The owners - super friendly and helpful. Could not ask for better. Next time in the area, we will stay here again.

This is a no frills rv park down by the Styx River. But very quiet, other then the traffic noise of I10. Clean park, restrooms and laundry room. Well maintained. Owner is very nice. Rates are reasonable. 25 miles to major shopping. AT&T is not bad. Verizon is 1 to 2 bars. Bucees is about 10 miles
Water is clear pics don’t do it justice
49 miles from Gulf Shore and 50 miles from Pensacola FL

Owners here are super nice. They helped us out when we had to change a tire on the trailer. You're close to Pensacola and Orange Beach. Styx River is nice and clear with a sand bottom. It's nice to sit in and just hangout. Laundry room is pretty nice too. The people who stay at the park are 50/50. Half are nice and the other half made me feel like I was an alien lol.

Park was clean, the office staff was friendly. Very impressed with the bathroom. Cleanliness and the laundry room, comfortable chairs if you wanted to wait there ,as well as air-conditioned. site was concrete and level. It’s a great stop for an overnight and longer also would give you time to use the river.

Very nice rv park, the laundry, showers/toilets close early and strictly at 9pm. There is no kids park but there is access to the river Where you can play. The verbal gazebo area is very nice, right on the river and has a grill and fire pit. The rv spots don't have benches or tables or grills, just bring your own or sit at the gazebo and cook there. Overall a quiet clean rv park. Missing some amenities, but still nice.

My family stayed here last july and we were very pleased with the facilities and the sites. All sites were level and pretty easy to get into. They helped point us to the site and were great spotters for backing the camper into the site. The bath house was probably one of the best we have seen and used. The river was amazing and we really liked that there was shade and chairs already there to be used in the river. It would've been nice to have a picnic table at the site as well as a fire ring however, we made do with what we brought and we have told numerous people about this spot. It is on our must return list and we look forward to returning in the future.
