We stopped by here on the way to starved rock state park. We tried their bagel and coffee, both were okay. The pumpkin pie cream cheese was runny and bagels were a bit hard to chew. Service was quick even though place was packed.

Hands down, the best bagels I’ve had in Illinois! This place is a hidden gem. The salmon bagel is an absolute must-try, and their homemade cream cheese is next-level—every flavor hits perfectly!

It’s the perfect spot to grab breakfast before heading to Starved Rock, and I always make the trip out here all the way from Yorkville—totally worth it every time. If you’re a bagel lover, this place is a must-visit! 🔥🥯

This place is a jewel!! We stopped there for breakfast while traveling by on interstate 80. The bagels with eggs were good, but the bagels with flavored cream cheese were our favorites. We also really enjoyed the latte and cappuccino. Anne, the owner, took our order and was great about recommending what to order and providing friendly service. Def recommend this bakery and cafe.

This place is legit! My compliments to the proprietor and the incredible staff for serving excellent food and beverages, not only quickly but with a friendly disposition too. You might question if you woke up in NYC when you try one of these perfect (IMHO) bagels and their house made cream cheese flavors (the cucumber is my favorite!). I make a point to seek out a box of cookies on the counter while there and have never been disappointed. If you get there early enough then you might get to choose an egg bagel; pictured is my egg bagel with cucumber cream cheese, tomato and bacon. I’ve lived in and visited many places and this little breakfast/lunch spot is a treasure by any standard! Peruvians, you’re so lucky!!

I’v been coming here since forever. The three times that I went to the hospital to see my newly born sibling, Fourth Street Bakery would be our first stop. To get a bagel and chocolate milk for myself, then my dad would get a coffee and a cherry crisp muffin. I love the atmosphere here and the service is absolutely amazing. I will be coming here for many years to come.

Worker was so rude for just confirming an order name. Worker raised her voice to a customer infront of all the restaurants.
