I was thrilled with my experience at the Rose Hotel. The front desk was so helpful and stayed on the phone to assist me in finding where to go to have the shuttle pick me up. Check-in was flawless and the staff was very welcoming. The rooms were impeccably clean and modern. The windows are triple paned. That means the room is soundproof and I got a great nights sleep as you cannot hear any noise from the outside. We had a presentation the next day in one of the conference rooms. Everything was so well taken care of and the food was incredible A big shout out to Melanie, Alex, Elvira, and Heidi. You are dedicated, committed and passionate about what you do. Thanks for making my stay wonderful. I highly recommend the Rose Hotel for anyone staying in Chicago! You will not be disappointed!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and ensuring that I needed nothing. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The gym was equipped with newer weights and look well maintained. The location was a perfect distance from the Allstate Arena. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in the area.

Awesome place. I’m a light sleeper so I usually avoid airport hotels, but I spent two nights here and never heard a single plane. The restaurant is great, the bar is fun, and the end-to-end service was excellent. Big shout out to Melanie and Ashley at the front desk who went above and beyond to answer my questions and accommodate my requests! Example: I was staying up late to work and needed some half-and-half for all the coffee I was going to drink. They went to the kitchen of the restaurant to bring back a large container of it—and THEN sent a fridge TO MY ROOM for keeping it cold! Amazing. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Service at The Rose Hotel!

I have to give a huge shoutout to Angie at the front desk and Casey in the hotel restaurant—both of them made my stay at The Rose Hotel in Chicago truly exceptional!

From the moment I walked in, Angie was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She made check-in a breeze and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her kindness and professionalism set the perfect tone for my stay.

Then there was Casey in the restaurant—absolutely fantastic service! Not only was she attentive and friendly, but she also had great recommendations and made sure my dining experience was top-notch.

It’s rare to come across such a great team that genuinely cares about their guests. If you’re staying at The Rose Hotel, you’re in great hands with Angie and Casey. Thanks to both of them for making my visit so memorable!

Brand new, elegantly hip, The Rose is a superb choice when a location near O’Hare is desired. As every Rose has its Thorn, this one is a fine dining restaurant and lounge. An easy walk takes you to Trulock’s for first rate seafood at fair prices. We dined at both. Also within an easy walk is Carmine’s (Italian) and a Dave & Busters playground.||As a Hilton Gold member, we are used to the best the hotel has to offer in rooms. Our room was smallish but very well laid out, including a couch and a desk with a set of drawers and nice sized bathroom with a walk in shower with appealing tile. As standard rooms go, this one covered all our needs and wants in style.

Outstanding Service – I’m Switching Hotels for Good!

I travel often and have stayed at several hotels near Chicago O’Hare, but The Rose Hotel has completely won me over. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team made me feel genuinely welcome—so much so that I decided to switch from my usual hotel. And I’m so glad I did.

Special shout-out to Front Desk Manager Alejandro—what a breath of fresh air! His level of service is absolutely top-notch, and it’s clear that he leads by example. Angie and Melanie on his team have also been nothing short of fantastic. Their warmth and professionalism make every interaction a pleasure.

The experience doesn’t stop at the front desk—Thorn, the hotel restaurant and bar, has been equally impressive. Juan and Johnny have consistently delivered excellent food and beverage service, making each visit feel like a treat.

Please, whatever you do—don’t change a thing. This team has created something special here, and I’ll keep coming back because of it. Keep up the amazing work!

This property is well situated for close access to O’Hare, the outlet and surrounding area, with several dining choices. Check in was super easy, lobby was lively and smelled great. The check in staff was helpful and kind. The room was just ok, clearly an older room, but with attempts to make it funky chic. I cannot stand dirty, stained towels or sheets. I feel like if I saw it, then surely the maid saw it when they were left. We immediately threw them under the sink, and then there was hair on the toilet, freaking gross. I’m so glad we bring our own cleaning supplies. Sleeping was a joke because there was a random bright light that kept flashing all night, like a fire alarm that needed to either be replaced or checked, totally annoying. ||The next morning, I had a very early shuttle booked (you must sign up in advance for service). The early morning agent at the front desk was about as rude as it comes. She never looked up at me, had her iPad glaring with whatever she was watching and she was so engrossed in her computer that she couldn’t be bothered. Even after I greeted her in an attempt to force the engagement, she never looked up, only advising me the shuttle would arrive soon. She intentionally had the rose over her name on the tag so that guests wouldn’t see her name, because I would be naming her in my review. When the shuttle driver came, she all of a sudden came alive, engaging in a lively conversation with the shuttle driver. They carried on a conversation loud enough for me to hear their complaints about their counterpart associate - never assume your guests aren’t bilingual! ||The shuttle guy was annoyed and pissed off looking the entire ride, to and from the airport, but his job isn’t as customer service focused, so I’ll just chalk it up to his frustration that he was speaking about in the lobby. ||Great features includes ample and close parking, a Starbucks limited drinks in the lobby, secured elevator access.||Working for one of the largest hospitality companies, my standards are extremely high, but I give grace because it’s a tough industry, but small things I just can’t overlook. ||Okay for an overnight business jaunt. Had I needed more than one night here, I probably would’ve stayed elsewhere. I won’t stay here again, even if for an early morning business meeting at the airport, and I definitely would not recommend this hotel for my friends or family in town visiting.

Amazing hotel stay and executive team offsite venue. The Rose Hotel team especially, front desk attendants and assist mngr Heidi Franko and tech Alex P provided extraordinary service and attention that made me feel at home like a top priority.
