Stayed 2 different nights. Before and after our vacation. First night. Booked a room with 2 double beds with pullout couch. Couch arm was ripped. Toliet ended up over flowing during the night. Not the cleanest room. Second night coming back from trip, again had 2 double beds with pullout couch. But there was no couch, just 2 chairs. Neighbor had a barking dog. Called down at 4am cause it was barking for 45 minutes straight. Person at desk never came up to check on anything. Not very polite when checking out. Called to talk to manager, they took my name and phone number and I have yet to receive a phone call from them. Will not stay here again. Pay good money for a crappy room and then they can't even call you back.

We booked a room for one night to get to a bed as quickly as possible after flying into O'Hare from Istanbul and before flying back home from Midway the next day. We stayed here a while back so knew not to expect luxury but this place seems to have really gone downhill since the last time.
The good: the shuttle driver, Shirley, was very friendly and helpful. Even more importantly, she was right on time to pick us and had us to the hotel in about 5 mins from O'Hare. Also, the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful and the attached Pizza Uno had cold beer and good pizza after a long day of travel.
The bad- the hotel, overall once your out of the lobby, has a dingy feel to it and looks to be falling into disrepair: caulking around the tub, cracked tiles, worn carpets, etc as well as just a general feeling of not being super clean. When we got to our room, there was a guy standing outside the room across the hall with two carts that looked to be filled with random junk and personal items. Later in the evening, and for the rest of our stay, that room smelled so strongly of weed that it was creeping into the hall, our room amd even the elevator and there was trash all over the hallway floor in the morning. Similar sightings in the breakfast area.
Since it was a short stay and we were exhausted, we didn't bother to complain until we were almost ready to leave. The person at the reception desk apologized for the inconvenience and said that there have been other issues with that room.
I don't think we'd ever go back and we'll be less likely to consider any Comfort Suites in the future.

Rooms are pretty decent, though every time I've stayed here they smell like weed and the sheets have burn holes from ash in them. It doesnt bother me personally but it could potentially be an issue if they try to take your deposit or charge cleaning fees for something that isn't your fault. Staff is very friendly but they seem a bit overwhelmed, the pizzeria especially, you can expect an hour wait for a personal pizza. Other than that I don't have complaints. They were also very helpful in keeping my insulin cool while travelling, provided infinite coffee and ice water, and have a 24 hour convenience store in the lobby. Shuttle service was free and very reliable.

Well, I'm sorry to say that although everything looked good on my first take upon entering my room. It's the early morning fright I got upon waking up. That's right people! A BEDBUG was crawling on the top of the sheet. Oh my God! I didn't go back to sleep for the rest of the morning. Now, however, once notified the staff that morning, they offered me another room but I was checking out that day. However, I requested some type of compensation. I had to go through a third party to get it. They freely gave me a full refund for the situation. Take your chances here if you may, but I want be returning to this location EVER!

Room was very spacious and clean. I got a standard room and I enjoyed how it was split into two separate rooms with a living area and bedroom area. The woman at the front desk was accommodating and helped with my last minute walk in. Location is also easy to get to.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. They provide a free shuttle service to the airport and train stations, operating as early as 4 a.m., which can be conveniently booked online through their website. Additionally, they offer a morning breakfast bag for guests who need to leave early. The rooms are also very spacious.

2* star hotel price with 5* star service. Hotel staff were excellent. Room clean + spacious + perfect temperature + comfortable bed + warm shower + nice shampoo. Free breakfast was tasty. Free coffee in lobby was nice. Free shuttle was reliable. Thanks Lexi for smooth check-in & booking free airport shuttle. 🙂

The shuttle bus was on time and made it convenient to reach the outlet and airport. However, during check-in on our first night, we were informed that luggage storage would be available after check-out. Yet, when we checked out on the second day, the receptionist told us that storage was on a first-come, first-served basis. This important detail should have been clearly communicated when we first asked and stated on any relevant website.

Due to this miscommunication, we now have to carry our luggage around with nowhere to leave it while waiting for a six-hour layover at the airport. This was an inconvenient and frustrating experience that could have been avoided with clearer information.
