Great location. Decent, clean rooms. But if you want customer service or plan on using their shuttle.... don't. Group of people were left standing at Midway for almost 40 minutes waiting for the "3x an hour shuttle". When another guest who was waiting with us called, she was basically called a liar and we were told we had just missed the shuttle. The rooms are fine for a clean, comfortable stay. But do not rely on location for a timely shuttle or receptive staff.

Convenient to Airport. Excellent small bar and buffet breakfast. Shuttle every 20 minutes, but you have to tell the front desk or they don’t stop for you. Overall clean quiet night. Small store by front desk for basics like meds or snacks. Will stay again

Could not ask for a better Hotel experience. We were there for my sister’s funeral and I felt at home here. Comfortable clean rooms with the hottest water I’ve ever experienced! A full Starbucks in the lobby. Bar and restaurant in lobby too. The Fireplace became my favorite spot. Thanks for a great stay!

My car was vandalized in the parking lot of the Midway Marriott Hotel. After escalating the issue to the director of loss prevention, he stated security is not at the hotel to protect customers property or customer safety but to protect the businesses property. This executive actually had the nerve to laugh at me on the phone and said he didn’t care, he is at home, sitting on his couch on his cell phone.||||It is 2025 and there are no cameras in the parking lot for police to be able to do anything. Marriott refuses to keep the customers property safe.

Did not feel welcomed at all during my short stay. I checked in early via the Bonvoy app because I knew my travels were running behind. Upon arriving after my long drive, the front desk woman was very cold. Not even a hello instead she told me I should be a no show since I showed up so late? Cool thanks, that was an unproductive comment to make. We only booked for a quick rest before we continued on our travels. I provided my explore rate form and informed her, I will need that back for my next hotel stay for later in the day. She told me I couldn’t have it back or make a copy for me. Although this may be policy at this location out of all my stays at a marriotts I’ve never had someone not offer it back to me. Both women didn’t bat an eye at how inconvenient this would be for us considering my next check was less than 24hrs. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. Luckily I was able to get things figured out and have my brother and his manager email me another before my next check in as they were also out of town on business trip. All in all, due to the unwelcoming and unhelpful service I wouldn’t stay here again. I’m glad the next hotel was very nice, welcoming and treated us with respect because that is where I stayed majority of my trip.

My flight was canceled so I didn’t have a reservation. I came to this hotel because I just started my Marriott rewards I wanted to say someplace safe since I am not familiar with the Chicago area. The front desk person was not friendly or welcoming, and when I asked what the rate was, he treated me as though the rate was something I would not be able to afford. I was not offered any information on amenities, etc. and when I asked about using my rewards, he said I maybe if I booked it online I could have used them. Hotel rooms are old, the TV was cloudy, and not up-to-date to have USB drives anywhere . Way, way too expensive for the treatment and the outdated everything.
