Everything was terrific! Meeting by the bellmen, check in, room was perfect, customer service when we needed something was timely--done pleasantly. Food was terrific, too. And Room Service was great to the room, even when they were very busy. And when they made a mistake on one of our room service orders, they fixed it quickly. The new pool design is terrific--our grandson just loved it. All in All--great; and I've been known as a hard grader.

The Four Seasons Chicago is our new favorite hotel! The iconic building is beautifully maintained. The location is perfect for walking and shopping along the Magnificent Mile. Our room was impeccably clean and had a nice view of Lake Michigan. ( hint: book a higher level lake view) The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband happened to mention that it was our anniversary and when we returned from dinner, there was a bottle of champagne on ice and a plate of chocolate covered strawberries for us. So unexpected but such a lovely gesture! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Just phenomenal, personalized service. Everything from start to finish was great. Entire staff knew our names (including our young children) and made every effort to make them feel at home and welcome. There are many five star hotels, but not many that know not only how to handle children, but to curate experiences for them as honored guests.

We stayed at the Four Seasons for a quick family (kids are 1.5 and 3yrs) weekend at the end of March. Absolutely loved our stay. FS Chicago bends over backwards to make sure the kids are taken care of which is primarily why we prefer staying at FS hotels and resorts. We stayed in a premier lakeview one bedroom and had plenty of space. Highlights for the kids were the ice cream cart (a must), and the tent set up. Tent set up was phenomenal our 3 year old actually slept in the set up during our stay AND you get to keep the set up! Already booked our next stay and can’t wait to come back!

The staff was amazing and attentive. They were genuinely happy at work and happy to help. Site was impeccable. I was injured and had crutches delivered and required ice packs. This was taken care of including an early check in as I flew in early because of my limited mobility

Honestly, I could have picked any hotel for my son's Staycation. Boy did we make the right choice! We were treated like royalty! Beautiful place with kind wonderful people. Not one thing was overlooked. My son is still talking about it!! From the Doormen to the front desk people and beyond. We stayed an extra day to hear the DJ on Friday. Worth it. Room service was fast and delicious. Pool, hot tub and workout was fab. They listed to our needs and provided us with wonderful surprises. We will be back. Place looks so good now. Easy access to great spots in Chicago as well. Even took a walk on the beach, which is a 5 minute walk. Last but not least, the room was quiet. No city noise!

Outstanding hotel, wonderfully located, excellent service, spacious well maintained rooms and a energetic bar! I had just a standard room and still have a beautiful view of the lake, large bathroom and quality amenities. Cant ask for more.
