I reserved a room here. Upon arriving there was one customer in front of me waiting with no one at front desk to help him. The wait was over 10 min as well. When the lady arrive back at the front desk. She had an attitude with the Customer and I looked like what did he do wrong? I then spoke with her, letting her know I had a reservation. She once again had an attitude Telling me I had to pay a Deposit, I said no problem. She scanned my keys in handing them to me, not giving me any information About breakfast where the room was as I’m leaving from the desk I hear her again saying to the next customer “You have a reservation”? Over All the entry to inter the hotel was very messy. Look like they were doing work. It was drywall everywhere. The room was nice but Just based off the customer service being nasty, I would never return. And they also keep your deposit for over 30 days on hold. I’m not sure why maybe the hotel uses the money and replaces it but I had to call my bank to get my deposit released. Customer service is everything to me, and I refuse to give my hard working money to any business with no respect for customers. Remember, it’s the customers that’s keeping the business alive. Never again!!

Rick Johnson is the Manager of this hotel and is very accommodating and makes you feel like you are special and he appreciates that you are staying at his property. We have been here on and off for a year now and there have been so many times I have needed something that he always came through to help us out and never made you feel like you were putting him out.

The hotel housekeeping services were also very helpful and always eager to help , would even clean our room at different times just to make sure they were not in the way Martha Juana and Rosio were the ones that I want to give a shout out to. BUT ALL were great!

Level here , plenty of items to choose from whether you are wanting pancakes and sausage to fruit or cereal , muffins even cinn rolls..much more ( too much to list)Helen Maria I know they put alot of effort into this breakfast experience, Thank You!

The hotel is getting a modern day makeover they are 95% finished I would say just around the lobby is left but it is beautiful. I am sad we qont be here to see it complete.

Overall it's in a decent location with several restaurants within walking distance. Our room, which was on the 1st floor facing the street was remolded and nice. You could smell the fresh paint as soon as you entered the room.
The breakfast wasn't bad. I didn't see any fresh fruit though. They did have sausage links, omelets, yogurt, cereal, bagels, and cinnamon rolls. I opted for the raisin bran cereal but discovered that is was a little stale, not bad just not as crunchy as it should be.
When you first walk in it is very apparent that they are going through a remoldle. The front desk, breakfast area, the little shop next to check in counter, and the entry way are all being redone. However, at breakfast the next morning I saw the stop work notice in the breakfast area.
Someone in the rooms around us must have been having a younger kids birthday party or something cause we very clearly heard the happy birthday song and I guess a mom was picking up her kid cause one lady asked if that was her kid, to which she replied yes. A couple of the kids were very loud. All of this wouldn't have been bad except this was going on well after 8 p.m. The kids didn't stop being noisy till closer to 10 p.m. And in the morning some of the people eating breakfast were so very loud. Non of this is the hotels fault, just something annoying that one deals with on occasion in hotels. People just need to be more mindful of others around them.
Again, overall it is a decent hotel, decent location, our room was very clean and remodeled.

This is my second time staying here and it is significantly better than last time. Currently it is under construction but the lobby still smells like weed when you walk in for some reason. Unlike last time though that smell is not everywhere in the hotel which is an improvement. The rooms are nice and clean, our heat/air was definitely broke and made some horrible noises in the middle of the night but we ended up just turning it off. Breakfast options are good! Hoping that this hotel is turning a corner and will continue to improve because it is in a great location!

I felt comfortable upon arriving in my room. Very clean! The Mexican staff was the bomb! Very helpful...Everything was neat, clean, smelled good, stocked up, and relaxing. Lounging area on main floor was relaxing also. I will remember this hotel.....

I don't know what was going on at this location, but the first floor looked like it was trying to be remodeled. Although I saw no one working on remodeling or signs saying they were remodeling. The first floor was very unkept.

The desk staff seemed uninterested in what they were doing. It was more like a 'hurry up and check in, I have more important things to do'. Although no one actually verbalized any attitude, in my opinion, that was the vibe I got.

I got locked out of my room one evening, because the safety latch inside the door was loose and the latch extended after I left that morning. When I told the desk clerk, I was given a garbage bag and told how to beat the latch and get into the room. Really not an ideal thing to tell a customer.

The breakfast was below average, although the breakfast staff were extremely friendly.

On top of all that, during the day, the first floor, around the elevators and first floor rooms, had a strong marijuana smell. Extremely unwelcoming.

I've been to MANY Holiday Inn Express hotels over the past 5 years, this one, by far, is the absolute worst one.

1. Unable to determine customers from employees.. No assign uniforms or even name tags were present upon my arrival.
2. Key card didn't work
3.No Breakfast like it was advertised.
4.Wi-Fi didn't work in my room
5. No outside maintenance was done at entrance for customers entering or leaving( ice was on sidewalk upon my departure.
6. No friendly greeting as I arrived
7. Towel service had to catch housekeeping to get fresh towels and coffee Keurig pods
8. No ice even though ice bucket present in room.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the toilet ran constantly and the lamp did not work. The woman working the front desk was unfriendly at check in, and was rude about my "nickname" being on the reservation instead of my full legal first name that was on my ID. I have never had an issue with this at any other IHG hotel. She was also uninterested when we told her about the toilet and lamp, even though we did not ask for them to be fixed, just simply wanted to let the staff know that there were issues so they could fix them before the next guests arrived.
