My experience at Urban Unwind Wellness was amazing!!..Upon being greeted I instantly felt at ease which led me to feel completely comfortable throughout my entire session. The environment alone is very warm and inviting which sets a great tone for a relaxing massage session. I had an hour session before my vacation to prep my body for a very busy trip and had no regrets! Jerry was able to work on my troublesome areas and provide the exact relief my body needed. Jerry was very attentive to my personal needs regarding intensity and positioning relating to my sciatic nerve pain. By far one of the best experiences I have had, will book again!

Urban Unwind Wellness is a 5-star operating and Jerry is the most knowledgeable therapist I have worked with so far after working with dozens across the country. My whole experience with Urban Unwind Wellness was fabulous. Making an appointment was very simple and receiving reminders and communication from the business were timely and applicable. The studio is clean and quiet with parking available all around. Jerry is professional but not stuffy and really takes an interest in what you are saying. I will be returning on a regular basis.

The place is centrally located and easy to find in the Shaker building. It is very quiet and serene in the studio. I felt immediately more relaxed just in the waiting room. Jerry is very easy to like and feel comfortable with. The first time with a new massage therapist is always a question mark, but Jerry put me at ease almost immediately. He carefully went through my medical history and comfort level. It was obvious he paid attention so that he could incorporate it into his practice. The massage itself was divine. It had everything I personally needed on that day - deep tissue for the pesky tight spots and relaxing, soothing pressure for other areas. I immediately scheduled my next session. If you are looking for a new therapist, give Jerry a try! I will certainly keep going and recommending him.

**Best massage of my life!** I've been to pretty much every massage therapy place in the Oak Park area, and Jerry is the first therapist that actually helped me (and helped a lot, for that matter). I have fibromyalgia and hypermobile joint spectrum disorder, so I'm consistently in a lot of chronic pain. I got a 90-min deep tissue massage, and this is the first time I'm experiencing lasting relief from a massage. Jerry is so knowledgeable and does an excellent job finding all the sore spots and making them feel so much better. I immediately signed up for a subscription package (and you're going to want to, too!). He also made me feel very at-ease and comfortable, which I think is so important as a woman receiving massage therapy. Go see him, he's fantastic!
