The worst massage experience I’ve ever had. They were mean upon walking in, forced me to pay before my massage which I did. Then they couldn’t figure out how to work their own card machine and I had to sit there while they called people to help and violently yelling at the phone and eachother. I should have walked out then, that’s my mistake. The massage was terrible. She didn’t ask me at all what I even wanted, not even a smile. Literally felt like she was just aggressively rubbing low quality lotion on my body. She was pushing on my spine, had long nails and was scratching me as she was rubbing my shoulders. Clearly had no idea what she was doing. Save yourself the money. I’m sure literally anywhere else is better than here.

if you’re looking for the BEST quality place for a massage.. i suggest you DONT COME HERE. they only had a 30 minute available appointment for 90 dollars for 2 people an it sucked!! they don’t have couples appointments in the same room. they rubbed oil on me and the oil dried up within amount of seconds prior to the service. hands were too rough and they were very short staff.. yall don’t even deserve one star!!!! this was terrible! worst massage ever.. i could do better on myself smh. Not to mention when we got there , our schedule was already made @1:30 they told us to come back in 40 minutes….. i will never come back to this location again.

It was an okay massage, it wasn't bad though. The pressure was very light, I prefer medium to deep pressure. I'm not sure how many women work there so hopefully next time I'll get a different woman, but no complaint. I left feeling good.
It was last minute as well. I had to guide her a bit which was a bit odd but again no complaint, just not enough pressure.

I really needed a massage. I called and scheduled an appointment. I found it odd that the lady, who answered the phone, didn't ask my name, but I figured she had caller ID. The appointment time was for 11am. I arrived, was greeted at the door, and asked if my phone number started with 219. I told her no, and gave her my phone number. She told me that she had a customer, who was a regular, was running 45 minutes late for his appointment, and asked me if I could sit and wait until after she finished with him. He wouldn't be there for another 45 minutes, and was getting an hour massage. I told her, "No way. That's why I called and scheduled an appointment." I was not happy about the situation. While I'm sure she is very good at what she does, that wasn't very professional, regular customer, or not. Had the experience been better, I would have become a regular customer before or after working out at the gym a few doors down. Very disappointing experience.

I've had two massages here in the last two months and never had a problem with an appointment. If you're use to a more professional establishment with health disclosures, intake forms, aromatherapy and discounts for memberships, this is not the place for you. However, a great massage is what you will get. You be the judge.

The facility is listed online as opening at 930, I arrived at 945 and it was not open. I called around 10 and was asked to come in at 1130, I arrived at 1135 and was told to come back at 130 because I “missed my appointment time, two customers came in and would be done around that 1:30”. I didn’t expect world class service here but just be aware that making an advance appoinment is recommended and to be on time, even if the facility is not.

I get massages frequently but I had never been to this place. I was out of town and had been driving for 2 days so I stopped in for a visit and it was one of the best massages I've ever had! We definitely recommend. Prices are reasonable, staff is kind and respectful and the massage was excellent.

Was here April 23. Wonderful experience. Worth the time and money. Definitely stopping in again when in town. This was my first massage experience, so I can't compare to other places, but I was not disappointed.
