I enjoyed the drinks and food (even though they are outrageously priced) and they had plenty of employees to help inside the venue.
The acoustics are not great. First time we went I chalked it up to the massive storm that went through but this time the weather was perfect and it still was crummy.
Then, leaving the venue? Well, you are on your own till you get to a road. It's absolute chaos. Again, I went twice to see if it was just a fluke...nope. and the first time I used Premier parking and it was actually worse! We will stick to Ruoff (Deer Creek to me forever)...

The venue is great! I love how close the seats are to the stage. Only complaint is they need to do a better job on the security they hire. The security on my aisle did not know how to control the audience to not come to the front if they didn’t have a seat… I got up for a drink and when I was trying to get to my seat I was pushed and shoved by one of the securities because he purposely did not want to look at my ticket for which I had a seat upfront.

The venue is fantastic for concerts. There are great views everywhere you sit. Additionally, there are a ton of food options if you're hungry. There are also more drink options than you can shake a stick at. I really enjoyed my time watching a rock concert at this venue. Even getting out at the end was really easy. They had certain interactions blocked off to help speed up traffic leaving the arena. We got it in no time!

What an amazing Korn concert!!! Loved the opener, and overall, the bands had fun at this sold-out show! I saw someone right behind me being escorted out/ dragged out by security, but that didn't stop anyone else from having a great time!

First time coming to this amphitheatre and first time seeing Korn. Amphitheatre is nice, lots of food and alcohol options, soda souvenir cup was nice because then soda refill were free (pepsi products) there are bubblers and water refill stations. It's very pricey $17 without tax for beer. So a soda, one beer and a order of brisket nachos was $49. I wanted a bottle of water but they were only selling liquid death waters, I used a clear cup from my beer for water. There is not a lot of tables with seat outside the amphitheatre. Pays to have premier parking (especially if your traveling from out of state) easy in and easy out, still had to deal with long lines but with patience 😉 👌. Anyone in the section 101 -105 floor seats had to pour their drinks into a cup. The floor seats are very comfortable but not a lot of standing room or leg room for men. Also, if you have a bigger or tall person in front of you, you will barely see anything. To me, the stage is very small for the venue of this size. The seating chart when purchasing tickets is not accurate at all. The rows are narrow, so shuffling through to get in and out will be a hassle. The way the seats are set up in rows are too wide long (if that makes sense). We were closer to the stage than we thought, but the view wasn't that great. Had to almost watch the shows at an angle to see the stage. The merchandise line was long throughout the whole concert. There's no smoking inside the amphitheatre, but that didn't stop anybody. The bathrooms are nice. The bag policy, I had no issues, did see other people being sent back for things like chains and umbrellas. Some of the staff were helpful friendly and useful others just obviously didn't care. We had a great time, will probably comeback. There are 11,000 seats and according to venue 17,000 lawn admission, the Korn concert was sold out and had over 25,000 people.

Went here for the Imagine Dragons concert. The venue is very nice, with covered seating and general admission on a grassy field. You can rent camp seats at the venue if you have lawn seats. We had covered seats. The concert sound was awesome, even in field seats I noted while returning from the bathroom. This venue is not cheap. The food and beverages are expensive . You can bring water in a sealed container with you. It was up to 1 gallon as of this review, but check the website before you go. Parking is FREE, but getting out of the lot was ridiculous as they have some volunteers trying to direct traffic. Police officers direct traffic once you get to the paved street. All in all, I would definitely see another concert here.

Great venue to see bands at! Horrible nickle and dime concession pricing. Charges for everything including lawn chairs if you want one. You're no longer allowed to bring your own either. Alcoholic drink prices are asinine. I spent $29+ on a beer and a water. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Save your money on concessions and pregame at a bar prior or party at one after. They do offer a Yeti refill, wish Id known prior, and I believe your cup must be empty to gain access into the venue.
