As an avid choice rewards member, I expected at the very least basic respect. That's too much to ask at this inn. The staff was incredibly rude and not accommodating. My dad was spoken to with profanity when asking simple questions. Had to stay at a nearby rundown motel, though they were still miles kinder than this staff. Do not waste your time. If you are a choice member, use your points elsewhere. Despite the response from management, my husband and I were not rude to the staff, when told my dad needed to be present, I simply took back my ID and woke them up to bring them to the inn as requested despite them taking the time to explain to them over the phone the situation to the staff. My dad refused to pay the deposit because it was nearly triple the amount the actual cost of the stay. Yes he was rude because the staff went Into the conversation with him hostile after having to be woken up in the middle of the night. Another reason he did not pay the deposit was because per choice hotels policy online, a deposit is paid for incendentals when the room is paid for in cash not when they have a card on file. Management poor excuse for a response saying unknown people (who both presented ID) were rude is simply untrue seeing as we didn't even speak to them after bringing my dad in the establishment as requested. The staff is even too incompetent and can't even remember who they talked to was the person they woke up in the middle of the night to check in. While I and my husband said no more than 3 sentences to them before sending in my dad. Clearly homophobia was happening here as well. Because they blamed the gay people who barely spoke to them and not the choice member they woke up in the middle of the night.

Once again do not stay here.

Horrible experience!!! There was a stain on my sheets so I took them off and placed them in the floor so they could be taken when they came to turn the room next.
I came back to my room the next day, got ready for bed and flipped the cover. SAME STAINED SHEETS! Disgusting! Also, the lady at the front desk, about 5’4 black straight long hair, RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH! I asked her for a new key because mine didn’t work and she got an attitude and said she has never seen me before when we had multiple interactions! NEVER AGAIN!

I always have a good time staying here which is pretty often for my work and they have a lot of places to eat around them KFC Taco Bell Burger King McDonald's is nearby a burrito place two liquor stores Domino's a burger place AutoZone Culver's and two gas stations within walking distance clean rooms change my sheets every day vacuum and maintain the best they can I enjoy this place I would recommend it

I would never go their first of all I made a reverstion for the 23 through the 26th of December when I got their I was told I had to go to the second floor I said no I requested a first floor they gave me room 101 I went in their the hot tub was not working I went to the front desk the person working the front desk was not their they were outside of the hotel and then seen walking around the hotel the pool did not work they are saying they could not even take care of it the person who fixes stuff for the hotel asked me why I didn't ask the day when I got their I drove all the way from Indiana I am never going back they need shut down the staff was very rude and the manager didn't even take time to talk to me she would not even write down her name the breakfast was not even good the milk tasted rotten and the juices were all watery i even went to motel 8 it was the same thing the toilet was not even working their was other people's stuff in the hot tub the second day the hotel called my room and I went to the front desk t and asked what that was about and they said it was not them but you could hear them talking they need to lose their license.

The guy at the reception at 4 am is so unfriendly and sorry for this word but so stupid. I walked in and it smells like weed and he looks so high. And when I ask him how much for a day he said 70 I said ok I need 2 nights. He said ok 220 lol so funny 🤣

SCAM! This location will take your money and say your card was declined. My husband paid for a 6 night stay while repairs were being done at our home. He paid at the desk and after the charge went through, the receptionist said the card was declined. He called his bank and had them confirm that the charge was NOT declined straight to the receptionist. She continued saying that the card was declined and there was no charge and refused to get a manager. We called corporate and they insist there was no charge, however the money is still missing and the transaction is still on our account. At this point we’ll be contacting a lawyer.

I booked a room for 2 nights. Location was great for what my family had planned.
The lobby looked clean so I had high hopes. The room was dated and dirty (floors not vacuumed, bathroom not cleaned) and it smelled weird. There was only 1 towel in the room and when we asked for more, they gave us 2 (we had more than 3 people in the room and they knew that).
The pool was cold and they had all the windows open (mind you it is 36 degrees and snowing outside) so that didn't help at all with temp.
Breakfast wasn't too bad. There was cereal, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, bagels, bread, waffle and yogurt. Also had coffee, milk and apple juice.
This is definitely the worse Quality Inn I have stayed at. I wasn't impressed with the room at all.

Oh, and I can't be for sure, but I woke up very itchy both nights with big bites. I don't know for sure, but I am praying it wasn't bed bugs.
