Staff here is so awesome, rooms are so clean too!!! Great location yo be in as well for us truckers!!

#"Aaron" made it the best as well with every mornings help and great attitude towards better days!

Whole staff from cleaning to tech to checking in & out and every worker there is nice to be around and always able to help. Love staying here!!!

It was nice being outside of Chicago. The whole place smells like weed. The rooms were clean, but the floors were badly damaged. Several burnt out light bulbs. Bad water pressure. Shower leaked everywhere while using. If you wanted an extra towel, they made you bring them one. We just needed a place to sleep, so it wasn’t horrible, but I’d never go back here.

So my room was nice and clean, but there was a speech barrier between the staff, and the pool was dirty. However, I appreciated the fact that they had a pool and it was open. Also, the free breakfast was disappointing - no eggs or protein like bacon or sausage - not the breakfast you expect. They had old, stale milk and a bad selection of breakfast options; the only good thing was the waffles, of course.

The lady at the front desk Erin is beyond the nicest person I have ever met. I’ve been staying here for the last few weeks and the customer service is great. Also the guy who works over nights is extremely kind and soft spoken

Rooms haven't been taken care of, our cards were deactivated by 9:00 am and it was easy to use a credit card to break into the room which is scary since the lock bar has been broken off, the sleeper sofa had no sheets, blankets or pillows and desk was surprised that we would want them and entire hallway smelled of smoke (was non-smoking).

Could break into the room with a credit card, so there's that....

Probably one of the best Red Roofs around the Chicago / NWI area. Rooms actually clean and no bugs, and employees are friendly. They also offer a quick little breakfast from 6am-9am. Coffee, orange juice, lemonade, waffles, toast, muffins, cereal and fruit. They have a pool which I did not use when I stayed. They have a computer guest can use. Whole place is non-smoking, 3 stories with elevator. They have two luggage carts to help with belongings. They have a washer and dryer you can use from 8am-11pm and they cost two dollars each. They have ice machine, pop and snack vending machines. Drinks are $2.50, snacks (chips, goldfish, pretzels, fruit snacks, snickers, 3 musketeers, Twix, m&ms, chocolate cupcakes, cookies, danish) ranging from $1.50 - $2.50 each. Basic satellite tv that actually works and good Wi-Fi signal that’s constant.

The room was ok. They don't have any ground level rooms and their carts barley fit through the doors, so that was a pain. Also, just walking around the room sounds like loud stomping. Something is wrong with their floors.

Staff at the front desk wasn't very friendly and rushed us out of the room. The top door lock was broken so housekeeping literally walked in as we were packing up. 😬 Forgot to get pictures.

Price was affordable and convenient location. The pool was A very comfortable temperature not chilly at all. And of the staff ERIN was BRIGHT & FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATING and MADE US FEEL WELCOME. and housekeeping , STACEY (I believe was her name) was CHEERY and HELPFUL …..both gals always greeted us with a smile!
