This company was excellent to deal with! We had just purchased a new house and was told the pool was in working condition… it in fact was not and had years worth of paint on the surface. Every other company quoted us 3x the price they gave us! They’re hard workers and always went above and beyond what we asked for! My pool is beautiful now and my family and I can finally enjoy it thanks to these people!! Can’t recommend them enough!

Fraud: This company is an absolute fraud. I used their service last year and in the beginning they were great. The communication was awesome. Eventually my pool pump needed to be replaced along with some other components. We paid over $1500 for a pool pump along with installation. Once they had my money this is where they went down hill with communication. On multiple occasions I had to reach out asking for the status of my Pump. Every excuse from, it’s on back order to it’s in my garage was given. Because of the time we waited to have this pump installed my pool went from beautiful to green and gross. We now have stains all over the liner. Eventually they came out to install the pump. I was skeptical when they left. It didn’t look like a $1500 pump. I immediately googled it and it was a $280 pump off of Amazon. When confronting the vendor about this, he claimed it was a temporary solution. At no point was that ever communicated to me in advance. It’s obvious I was being scammed. I have yet to receive a refund or the actual parts. Beware. This company is a scam and will take your money.

FRAUD! They took over $340 deposit for a repair and NEVER came back. Been trying for months for a refund only to get excuses. I'm taking them to small claims court. I hired another company that said their "diagnosis" for our hot tub was 100% WRONG.

I tried to book this company and had to ask twice when and what time my appointment was. At the time of my appointment, was given a cancellation notice stating “you never gave us and address.” When I explained that no one asked for it, I got condescending replies. Afterwards, I submitted a review on Thumbtack and got the following:

“ Do you think your big man on campus thinking you’re going to try and ruin my business with a lousy review from you try again I have a very high following and you can’t wreck that nice try”

Glad to know what kind of people I would be dealing with before having them show up to my home.
