Awful experience. Bathroom floor was so dirty I had to shower with towels on the floor. They updated their key system without telling anyone so your left outside in the freezing cold. Icy sidewalks during the snow/ice storm. Keys don’t consistently work to your room. TV remote in my room was broken as well as one of the lights. Housekeeping manager was supposed to call me about the state of the bathroom. Definitely needs a deep clean. The gym with one of each weight, the scale doesn’t work, does anyone care? Soap, conditioner and shampoo dispensers clogged and broken. First night took a full shot of conditioner to the eye. I will never stay here again. Front desk staff were super friendly and helped as much as they could. Skip this and pay the extra money to stay elsewhere, I had to stay here for work purposes….never again

The staff was friendly, efficient and cheerful. The front desk clerk was running things smoothly, checking us in late at night and still there the next morning! Helped us with an early morning bag of a couple of breakfast items to go since we were leaving before breakfast would be served.

Clean and comfortable rooms nice and cozy. Nice breakfast selections nice size pool. Great room service especially if you plan to attend the pool you’re going to need the room service. Love how you control your temperature in your room. Also loved the quiet time hours.

This was our first time staying here. The front desk staff was awesome. Had an issue with our tub not draining and a light burnt out . They immediately switched our room. The room was very clean , beds were comfortable. The only thing was house keeping came in and took trash and gave new towels daily they didn’t make the beds . The breakfast was hot every morning. I think they should have more of a variety. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We will be back!!

I had the worst hotel experience of my life at this location. First, when I arrived to check in, I stood there with bags while I waited for an employee. After patiently waiting, I rang the bell. Still nobody came and a line started to form while other people came in. After waiting several minutes, an employee walked up and checked me in. No apology. I got into my room and went straight to bed. I woke up to what appeared to be intoxicated people talking. I could hear every word they were saying. Then I had to hear them have sex, which was distributing. They continued to talk, swear. I turned the lights on to see why I was hearing everything so easily and noticed this was a joint room with the one next to me. My door wasn't shut all the way. They could have just walked in my room. I’m not sure if this is protocol to sell these two rooms to different parties, but it’s ridiculous, poor quality, and a major security issue. I tried to close the door and lock, but the door didn’t lock. I called front desk and had to switch rooms around 2am. I barely got any sleep and had to drive home for hours exhausted and sleep deprived. The manger was asked to call me back several times but didn’t. I never received one apology the whole time I was there.

First of all, the front desk was all very nice and friendly. The breakfast was simple and standard. It was well prepared and nicely presented.

I stayed there for 5 nights, some of the days, the dirty towels in the room were not removed efficiently. Also, no slippers offered so take this in mind. Another downside is that they don’t really have a late check out like the Marriott brand where I can check out at 4 pm.

I was in town for one night visiting a couple of coworkers. I thought the hotel in a nice location, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, TV and bathroom facilities worked perfectly.
