Stayed here on our way home from Jamaica after flying into Chicago. Rooms are a little dated but clean and its a good quiet hotel to get some much needed rest. The beds and sheets were VERY comfortable! Better than the resort we came from that cost thousands. Best night's sleep we had in 5 days!

Personally the pictures from the website does not look how it does in person. We asked to see the room before we actually stayed in the room and it was very dirty. I asked was the room clean, the front desk attendant said “yes this is a clean room”. We were absolutely disgusted. We did talk to the manager and she was very helpful and respectful and gave us a full refund back. We really appreciate her but then again this hotel really needs some cleaning. The air conditioning has dirt and trash all in it. The floors looked like someone threw up on it and maintenance half cleaned it. There is much better motels rather than this one.

This hotel is very disgusting. There was roaches in our room that were stained on our sheets. There was hair in our bedding. In the sheets, the dishes was dirty. The tub was dirty. It's mold on the beds mold on the bed. Covers, they do not want to give a refund. We will be going to corporate. I have photos that I will be looking to post everywhere on this hotel. We contacted the third party priceline to help us, and the hotel refused to give us our money back. We did not stay at the hotel due to the bugs and the nastiness.

This whole place is horrible I’ve been trying to get in touch with management about a refund because I never stayed for about a month now. The manager is never there. The employees never know when the manager is going to be in. I called corporate and they act like they can’t do anything. They really just took my money and won’t give it back after I was told that I would receive my refund. This place is unprofessional and dirty

You get what you pay for. Very convenient location off Route 30. Room clean enough. Pillows are tiny throw pillows (?). WiFi worked ok. TV was not a smart tv and instead had a pathetic cable package. Key card mysteriously deactivated after first night, had to have desk clerk remag it. Gross smell of pot smoke constantly. Beds had creaky springs and I scratched my shin in the metal bracket. Furniture scuffed. Showers and plumbing were fine. You get a bed and a roof over your head so it did the job.

Positive: The breakfast Negative: The rude staff members, the hotel is smoke but, reeks of marijuana in the hallways. The staff members are rude hard to understand with a dialect and they are very easy irritated because I didn't understand what they are saying.

Fire this GUY NOW!!!!! I screenshotted his name from another reviewer about this hotel! This guy is an issue. Trying to get him to refund our money for a month! He lied to us and claimed he is a manager. Another front desk clerk and real manager claim that this is a lie and that they been looking for a reason to fire him cause of his behavior. He falsely accused us of cooking food in our room. (Mind you we were load things into a vehicle at that moment and another guest ADMITTED IT WAS HER COOKING TO HIM.) Btw, the rooms have microwaves in them... so of course someone is going to use them. Fire this man! He told us he would refund our money, we knew he was lying. Left January 15th, 2025 and its February 18th, 2025 and STILL TRYING TO GET THE REFUND. Disputing it with our bank and expedia.
