My family and I just moved to noble. We decided to give the tin cup a try. Their cheeseburgers are absolutely amazing. I got the”beast” tenderloin that says hand cut hand breaded and seasoned to perfection. I definitely got a store bought tenderloin! You can tell by the picture I’m about to post and the texture of the meat. Very disappointed in the tenderloin! My husband loved the cheeseburger I wish I would have got one of those instead! Definitely everything you can ask for in a burger. Juicy, flavorful, just overall great!

Went with a large group, we had reservations. They had it all set up for us by time we got there. We all sat down and they took our orders. The service was great, there were two waitresses taking care of us and they got our food out very quickly, I was very impressed. I had walleye, deep fried, with slaw and baked beans. The The walleye was fresh and flaky and tender, 3 large pieces for $11. The baked beans were about like most baked beans in restaurants, not much more than pork and beans out of a can, but they did have some smoky flavor, reminded me of Bushes baked beans out of the can. The slaw was cream based slaw, not my favorite and it was a little too creamy, but not bad. The tartar sauce was not much more than Miracle Whip with a little bit of sweet relish. My wife ordered lemon pepper catfish, grilled. It was very tasty and flaky she also had Baked potato and a side salad which was nothing more than a bowl of lettuce with a little cup of dice tomatoes, not much. Overall we all had fun and everyone said what they ordered was good.

This is a great home-style country restaurant. I had The Beast breaded pork tenderloin. Was great. Staff was friendly and prices were fair. Next time I am near Noble, IL I am stopping in again.

Waitress was cheerful and friendly. Checked on our needs very often. We had a table of 8. Salad was fantastic meat on top, and on the bottom shell was crispy. Large servings this was the special for the day. I also had French silk pie. WOW it was fantastic
Service was fast.

I have been to the Tin Cup many times before and I have never been disappointed... and I recommend the Walleye dinner as well as the Catfish...also on Thursdays they have a Taco Salad Special that's worth the Trip, too... servings are generous and well worth any wait you might have to endure before you are waited on and served.

Today I had Catfish with French Fries and Coleslaw... and as usual it was Divine... the breading the Tin Cup uses on their Walleye and Catfish complements the oh-so-delicate flavor of the fish and doesn't overpower it with Spices. The French Fries were Seasoned just right and the Coleslaw was Creamy and Crisp.

😁Aaaaahhhhhhh....

If I can offer any advice, it would be that you should understand that besides being the only sit-down restaurant in the little town of Noble, it is a very popular gathering place for family members and friends from outside the area, and sometimes they get a little overwhelmed by all the business that comes through their doors.

... Some things are definitely worth the wait... and a meal from the Tin Cup in Noble is one of them.

(One time, I came in during a Rush... and while I was waiting, a lady came in with a young girl for Ice Cream... and remarked about how good it is and how she sometimes got a gallon to take home... this reminded me of Roger Taylor, the one time Manager of the Prairie Farms Creamery in Olney... and prompted me to include the Tin Cup in my List 'From Here I Can Go Home'.)
