despite other criticisms, the pizza was super good! there was some wait for the food which is fine (but it just had said it was ready on the app) but everything came out fresh and hot. the wings were really good (order was wings and pizza but only included pictures of wings) and it was well kept and clean compared to other places. everyone was nice and made sure to get food out as soon as it was ready and correct!

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered our food early in the day to be delivered at a certain time in the evening. When called 30 minutes after delivery time we were informed our food was still on the warmer, they don’t have a driver after 5 and DoorDash should hopefully be there soon. Also was informed that door dash had a few orders to drop off first and that we basically just dropped a good buck for over an hour late, cold pizza. Won’t be ordering from here again due to the lack of communication, and service from this company. No discount or refund was offered or given either for the inconvenience.

Waited over 30 minutes for my pizza. The crust was so tough a dry you couldn’t eat it. The sauce was at least an inch from the edge of the pizza. Asked for extra cheese didn’t see that either. No Canadian bacon as I ordered.

This place has really fell off. They said they got lost after waiting over 45 mins. Had to go get it ourselves and still charged $7 delivery fee. Called for the manager but couldn't get anyone to call back. The food sucked!! 8-piece chicken wings cold and drenched in sauce. A mess. Med. Supreme pizza; cold and rubbery. Totalling $45!!! What? Bye Papa John's

There’s ALWAYS an issue every time I order from this store. No driver, no food, 2 hour waits. It’s RIDICULOUS! Just close the damn store. The food rarely even comes made right! Then they got the nerve to be rude. I also had a charge on my card for 50$ from them that I NEVER got back and overlooked.

The past few times I ordered online, I requested the bleu cheese dressing with the Papadilla, instead of ranch. Each time I got ranch and not bleu cheese. I didn't make it a big deal. Tonight I called the store to verify I'd be getting what I asked for on the order. The worker's vocal tone was rather short and dismissive when I mentioned I haven't been getting the requested product the past few times. He was overly quick to hang up. I understand it's Friday and the store might be busy, but if you don't take the time provide proper customer service, you will drive away future business.
