*Chef’s Kiss* What a great experience! It was well organized, well timed, set designs and actors were great, the staff was friendly. The wait time wasn’t too bad at all; I think it was a 1 hour wait for the 9:00 slot. We bought poor tickets online and arrived 15 minutes before our time slot. Definitely recommend!

Great Haunted House! It was a good length for the price. We went on November 1st, so the line was only about 30 minutes and the ticket price was $28 after fees.

Parking was easy, but do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your ticket slot or you will just be waiting to enter the actual line.

I really appreciated how isolated your group is in the house - it definitely adds to the scare factor. Other houses I have been to are kind sometimes ruined by the large crowds and the staff flooding the path with a continuous stream of people. We were able to walk at a slow pace, enjoy every aspect of the decorations and costumes, and never saw the group in front of or behind us.

SO FUN. the actors were phenomenal in scaring us around every corner, even following us too. the props, lighting, mechanical parts and everything was just SO WELL DONE. big kudos to the 4 owners of this attraction, I can tell they put their everything into it. i came with 3 other UIUC friends looking to have a spook and a good time, and we all came out super satisfied. definitely get there right as it opens to avoid long waits. our ticket was for 7:30 and we arrived at 8pm. we entered the house at around 9pm. when we were leaving, the lines were already wrapping all the way around!! glad we beat the rush. the owners and staff at the concession booths were super friendly too, and even kept my bag for me since no bags allowed inside. whole thing was 15 minutes to walk through. 10/10 recommend, although should be 16+ tbh. there were lots of gruesome things.

2023 update: They have since added more scenes and the one is so creepy!!!! They now have covered waiting!!! Which was amazing. The costumes and decorations are realistic. The haunted house feels long! I think the honk of the car was one of my favorite parts. The line was much better this year with the timed ticket. Highly recommend VIP if you want to go through and not have a line. 2nd time through this year alone and can’t wait for Lights out night.

Had a great time with friends! One of them had never been to a haunted house before, and I was used as a meat-shield for my jumpier friends. 10/10 would get jump scared again.

I went last night (Sunday) at the 8:00pm slot been trying to come but they sell out so fast!! It was only a 20 min wait so I do appreciate the system they have here! Not overselling tickets!!! It was either this one or a place in stl. The distance for me would have been the same coming from Springfield Il. The reviews for the stl one were iffy so I ended up here at Necrosis and it is worth the money. It seemed longer than any other haunted house I been to. In the beginning it felt slow I honestly didn’t feel like there were many “scary ppl” but it did get better. As your walking looking at the props they all look so real so it was scary trying to spot if the prop was a real person or fake!!! Def go if you haven’t. I will be visiting next year.
