Front desk people were super friendly and helpful!! πŸ’― Check in/out was a simple process. Location seems have recently upgraded. The one downside was the new carpet was thick & a little difficult to maneuver the wheelchair. The other downside was the height for the bed; there was the mattress, big box spring and the frame. If the handicap accessible room had a low profile frame it would have been much easier for disabled and shorter people. It was a nice surprise to see the windows could be open for fresh air. Breakfast was pretty typical of hotels. We would return when in the area! πŸ˜‰
The carpet in the room matches the hallway.

Positive: The staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and looked very nice. You can tell they are upgrading the restaurant. Negative: The only two things I can think of is it took a little bit to get the shower warm and the pool area was sooooo hot but the water was freezing. Neither of these things were enough that we would not stay there again.

The Comfort Inn and Suites in Champaign, IL was wonderful. It was very quiet and clean. All the staff were very nice. The breakfast was amazing with a nice variety; everything we had - juice, eggs and sausage were done to perfection. |This will be our goto place for annual trips through this area. |Quiet and quality were a real treat.

My stay at this two-star hotel had both positive aspects and areas for improvement. The complimentary off-street parking was convenient, and the room was clean and relatively quiet. Unfortunately, disturbances from door-slamming during the night interrupted my rest. Breakfast offerings were satisfactory, with unsalted eggs and waffles that were not overly sweet, complemented by syrup for additional flavor. Minor maintenance issues were observed in the room, which, while not severely disruptive, could benefit from attention to enhance the overall guest experience.

Terrible experience. Checked in late in evening. Room smelled of mold, super smelly. I let the front desk know in the morning, young lady at desk said that room was just remodeled. She also commented that it was already reduced and they couldnt do anything for me. The bed was terrible, they didn't do any upgrades to beds, totally sunk in middle of bed, any yes, I'm a small person. So tired of paying top dollars prices for a room and they are less than desirable. Avoid this hotel and also, they don't answer their phones, due to under staffing!!!

Positive: The room was so clean and one of the towels was folded like a heart! Negative: The front desk clerk just asked for my ID and card without asking if I was checking in or saying hi or anything. I was like what?

Positive: It was close to my home. I didn't have to travel far to get my family. Negative: My family stayed two separate times. The first time the room (326) was good. The second time there were ants in the room (226). The room was clean except we would see some ants here and there crawl on the table where a person would eat at.

This evening my crew attempted to check into there rooms of which they usually there is no hesitation. With the type of work we do there is a great deal of out of town work. They just completed a 12hr work day and wanted to simply go to bed. The young lady behind the desk has refused to allow them to do so. Why you may ask, due to this is a small business we use the Choice app to pay for the hotels prior to there arrival. The owner of the company (myself) who scheduled there stay must be on site, or they cannot stay. Upon first hearing this from my crew, I was surprised but just called the front desk to give permission personally so they could stay. At this point I was told again this wouldn’t be permitted. I asked for management of which was stated I could speak with the following day only. I have always enjoyed staying with this hotel chain but with this incident this isn’t the only hotel in town highly advise to take your business elsewhere. Especially if you have crews and are a business. As my crews and myself will be doing the same.
