Reference vs what I got. I love them! This place is also so nice. The staff is so friendly and gentle with your hands and nails which I haven’t experienced elsewhere. The prices are also amazing. If you’re having trouble finding the place like I did my first time there, it’s in the O’Reilly’s parking lot

I stopped at this salon while traveling, and I must admit I have thoroughly impressed with their work!! It has been over a month, and I have not broke chipped any of my nails!!! And none of the decorative stones have fallen off! The man that did my nails apparently knew what he was doing! I will ABSOLUTELY return to this shop if I am ever in the Tuscaloosa area again! I called the night before to make sure that I would not need an appointment. I wanted a fill-in and pedicure for me and a mani-pedi for my husband. We arrived at 10:30am and sat 30 min in the waiting area, then 30min wait in the pedicure chair. An older gentleman came to service us, and he had white spackle all over his hands. He wore gloves while treating my husband but not with me. He had a hard time putting my thongs on and smudged my toes. He corrected them, but the were nothing to talk about. My husband told me late that the man explained that he had been working on the house when he got called in.
Another gentleman, Tiger, seemed to be helping ensure that customers received what they needed. He recommended removing my acrylic set and putting a new one on. That seemed reasonable since there was some lifting. However, on my left hand, the acrylic took my nails new growth off of four fingers. Tiger did my manicure, then moved me to the next technician's chair.
The acrylic tech, he had spiked hair, applied the acrylic and base color. It took some time to figure out who would draw the design (two music symbols). In the end, Tiger did a free-hand design.
My initial reaction to our experience was a bit disappointed. My pedicure, when viewed outside, was a bit sloppy looking (paint on my skin and not a high gloss finish). My right thumb was lumpy compared to the other fingers. I wanted the Signature manicure and pedicure for both of us. The manicure for me did not include the items for the Signature because it was a fill-in.
What brought my opinion up were the compliments that I received during the days around our event. Tiger was, really, the best service provider with his attitude and solutions.

I LOVE ♥️ this place... And it's owners Becky and Jon!!!! I have been a satisfied satisfied customer of Perfect Nails ? of Northport Al for over 12 YEARS ... I've never been mistreated or wrongly done by anyone in this place of business!!! Everyone is extremely respectable loving and caring!!
I lived in Tuscaloosa for 13 years.. Now I drive an hour and 45 minutes away from home just to see the BEST NAILS TECH EVER BECKY!!! I LOVE YOU thanks for ALWAYS keeping my nails and toes looking GREAT!!!

Waste of time!! Nails started chipping after two days of getting them done. Acrylic was VERY thin that was applied. Went back and owner was very snobby abt me having to get a repair! The guy then rushed to repair them to complete a pedicure! ?

I got my nails done Friday today is Feb 4th not even a week later and my hand looks like this my fill in was $55 and i tipped, and its a fee to swipe your card which is ridiculous PERFECT NAILS pay your merchant fees just like all other businesses do. I then had to go back Saturday 1 day later to have one on the other hand replaced then they charged me to replace it!!! I get my nails done faithfully and i spend a lot of money for what i want!! NEVER AGAIN THIS THE 3RD TIME they have done this to me.
