On a recent stay, we found the room to be sufficient and comfortable. The location was quiet and fairly secure. Seemed like very few other guests. However, there were several maintenance issues with the room. The safe was inoperable. The toilet was extremely low and not securely fastened to the floor. The bathtub was extremely slippery when wet, leading to several near falls for my wife and me. There was a large hole in the cabinet in front of the refrigerator. We had to request fresh towels daily and, the first time, was questioned by the desk staff as if we were lying about not having fresh towels already.
All that said, I would probably seek a different hotel if I return to the area.

I would not recommend this hotel. Very run down. There was no hot breakfast at 6:45 am. All the hot breakfast was gone. Don't think there was a big amount to begin with. 2 other guest were very unhappy with this hotel.

The decrepit awfulness of this place is difficult to accurately describe. It’s like something in a cheaply made movie set in a halfway house for recently released convicts. If they aren’t going to update it, drop the price by about 75% and warn people about the sorry state of the rooms.

Stayed here for more than 2 weeks
Breakfast was horrible and identical all days (?)
Washing machine never worked properly.
Always a smell of someone smoking somewhere.
Inside was nowhere as good looking or clean as the outside.

Reasonable price, quiet clean room with nice amenities, friendly staff, excellent breakfast with multiple food choices with juices and coffee, and in a convenient location for our trip. Highly recommend! A++++++++

We came to breakfast at 7:30 am, there was no food; bread products, dairy products, fruit, waffle mix, eggs, potatoes, meat, biscuits and gravy. Attendant stated he was instructed by manager to not put any food out except cereal. Could not control heat in room, it was 81 degrees, finally had to turn heat off. We had a Roku TV in room, no instructions and staff did not know how to operate it. No live TV. So, unless you have credentials for streaming services that you subscribe to, you are out of luck.

This hotel used to be nice. Then new owners took it over and it's gone down hill. People smoking in the elevators. Rooms are dirty. I was given multiple rooms after completing of dirty room. Was charged and extra $150 dollor fee because my license indicated I was a local. The $150 was a refundable change but it's still out of my account for a few day. I would not recommend staying here. Rhe Holiday Inn across the street is a better choice.
