We have stayed at this hotel before when we were in town for family functions. They are always friendly and helpful. From checking in to having questions, having our room cleaned, and having a free breakfast, there is only a friendly family atmosphere. Special shoutout to David in housekeeping and Carlos who cooked a great hot breakfast. |If there is anything they could improve on, maybe new outside ashtrays so there are not so many cigarette butts on the ground.|We will stay again. Highly recommend!

Stole $835.92 from my bank account. The assistant manager Jessica told me to wait til it went through that it would change that it was just a hold which was a not the truth! I was fully charged! The room was fully paid for by the company they told me we needed a card on file in case of damages. The room was only a little over $300 Not $835.92. But the room was already fully paid for by the company so there should have been no charge to me. They said they can fully see the room was paid in full by someone else & have no clue why my card was charged. Stefanie told me she seen my card in the system on Sunday but someone had removed & now she sees nothing about my card or why I was charged. Also had $400 cash stolen out of a suitcase & they are suppose to be reviewing the cameras. No manager to speak to at all. Have been calling since Sunday & have yet to speak to a manager & We stay in hotels almost weekly for work & this has NEVER happened. Would not recommend at all! Can’t even talk to anyone when you need help!
Update: now that they know we are out of state they said they will not review the camera at all without a police report.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! Each day they would greet us with a smile and ask if we needed anything each time we saw them. Thank you, Alex, Jessica, Carlos, Sara and David for making our staff so wonderful! Very clean hotel! Pet friendly!

Staff was exceptional and helpful with questions. Motel and rooms were very clean. For the rate of room this place was really nice compared to others where I’ve stayed. John who is in charge of the breakfast ( which had quite the variety) area was very welcoming and friendly! Definitely will stay here again!

My husband and I came in from Michigan for good friend’s 50th wedding celebration and to visit friends and Family in Festus.||LaQuinta ratings were good and Location was convenient and price was right.||I had asked to see the room before we paid as I always do when traveling. This was courteously allowed and passed my approval so we paid for 4 Days.||Upon bringing in our suitcases In “We” discovered this is “A pet friendly facility” when the room next doors YAPPY dog barked everytime anyone passed their door.||It Seemed to quiet down after a bit so we felt it would be alright after its People returned. ||Wrong this small/medium Yapper barked off and on all night accented by being told to Shut up. We are seniors and did not appreciate being awakened at all hours.||Everything else was fine and staff was great.

Second time we've stayed in 2 weeks. Nice staff. Pet friendly for a $25 fee. Very clean. Ample breakfast. This room also needed minor maintenance- slow draining bathroom sink and broken toilet paper holder. Would not keep us from staying again next time through the area.

Great service, staff. John offered such a great breakfast service! Thank you so much. And thank housekeeping ladies, Rossalie? Sorry if it's not spelled right. Extremely clean place, only issue the elevator was out of service, they side were working on it, and they made sure we had a 1st floor room, since we had two doggies,, Thanks again for your accommodations. We definitely enjoyed our stay. You guys are the best.
