TV turns on but isn’t connected to anything. It smells really weird. Very run down. Moved to the other bed because I could feel…something on the sheets from the other one. Still had hair all over it from the last guest. Security is non existent. I walked right in the pool area door. Bed is less than average and the pillows are terrible. The location is easy to get to though off the freeway and checking in took all of 2 minutes. If it was 20 bucks cheaper I would say why not to staying here again, but I think ill pass next time

In all honesty, I expected a bit more out of the room. I travel to and from New Orleans to Wisconsin (to visit family) often and stop around this area for a quick sleep and some food.
The cleanliness could be better. I like my sheets to smell like they've been bleached because I'm a bit OCD about sleeping in foreign places. There weren't enough towels. There were two towels and two washcloths in the bathroom. The TV channel selection is limited to movies pretty much which didn't bother me.
I didn't use the pool but it looked nice and well-kept.
I was on the 2nd floor on the freeway side which was noisy. Also, I think the people next door were kids having a party because there was loud music most of the night. There were kids running up and down the hall as well yelling at each other. I didn't bother to complain so...I just didn't get much sleep.
The reason I gave a better rating was the ABSOLUTELY STELLAR staff. This woman is a rock star! I locked myself out of my room and while I was waiting, she was attending to a young boy and his mother who needed - I don't know what - but she didn't have one behind the desk so offered to check her personal item to get them the help they needed. If the Wyndham people check these ratings, take note! Your staff make or break your business. This staff person (I think her name was Kim?) is why your business is successful! Give her a raise but by any means keep her.

VERY bad experience. We had to change rooms two time (first room not cleaned from previous occupants, beds unmade, linens on floor, toilet not flushed, 2nd room TV not working ), third room barely acceptable. No hot water in sink. Shower barely warm, drained very very slowly. Bathroom door off kilter, barely functional. Light bulbs missing or burnt out. Stains in bathtub. No bedspread/coverlet. Puddles in 3rd hall floor hallway, not sure of source. Restroom by pool area disgustingly filthy. Breakfast - gravy for biscuits watered down, runny. Ran out of coffee twice. Manager or owner not available. Desk staff helpful, apologetic. Will pursue with Wyndham. Understand not a 5 star hotel, but this was really unacceptable with no availability of management.

This place doesn't need a 1 star. My husband rented the room when me and the kids got there it was dirty and smelled terrible. They wouldn't refund us so we could leave. Asked for towels and blankets and they said they didn't have any. Air conditioning/ heat unit was broken. Will definitely never stay here again. Me and the kids ended up leave the same night. Wish I could give this place negative stars!

Had to book at last minute they had a room available and it was close to the elevator which was nice as I have difficulty walking. 1 thing I would change is I am a older single female traveling alone when I checked in there were people in the lobby assuming several men I checked in a head of them and I was a little leery because they had to ask my name the dusted and then they announce my room number kind of in front of those people if that could be changed that would be nice cuz it did make me feel uncomfortable

Very comforting and welcoming room.. was clean and relaxing except for it had slight smoke smell, the showers are wonderful with plenty of pressure, and the TV was large, could have had a better view other than the highway.. but that wasn't their fault

Clerk checking in stated that she was new and had to look at a diagram to tell us where our room was and still wasn’t sure. When we got to our room, one pillow on bed with no pillowcase and bed poorly made. Went back to Front Desk and told clerk of situation. She tried to call her boss who didn’t return her call. She found a pillowcase somewhere and gave it to me after she had it draped over her shoulder. She went into an indented room and appropriated 2 pillows from there and apologized. She did not check the room at all and after she left, we discovered there were no wastebaskets, only 2 hand towels (no bath towels nor face cloths), no hot water and no internet. A disappointing landing after over 500 miles. Several out of order machines and breakfast area not used. They should not be renting anything in this motel until it is cleaned, repaired and upgraded. Will not be staying here ever again. It’s places like this that give Wyndham a bad name.

Staying here cause it’s closer to the children’s hospital for my son. First off you get what you pay for 100%.. toilet went off all night and day. One minute the heater would work then next it was blowing out cold air. Overall wasn’t a bad stay
