I don't normally leave reviews. I stay in hotels all the time for my job, and this is the worst experience I've had since I started unfortunately. This hotel needs deep cleaned from top to bottom. The entire second floor smells like old cigarette smoke. There is no elevator so be prepared to drag your luggage upstairs if you're not on the first floor. The receptionist when I checked in at 8 or 9 pm had some attitude and was not very friendly. And my room had either bed bugs or fleas. I unfortunately did not notice this until the next morning, when I woke up with my arms covered in bites. I checked out immediately. The gentleman who was there in the morning was very prompt in getting me checked out and told me he was sorry I experienced that. I'd recommend staying in Mt. Vernon. More options for everything (hotels, meals, etc).

If I could give a 0 star I would! We were currently pcsing if you don’t know what that means(military move) we were already on edge with the move, the kiddos, the dog, we only stayed one night. We left early morning and continued with our trip. The problem here is that they over charged us with “taking a blanket!” Now why would we take a blanket? We called the hotel and let them know we didn’t take no blanket our kids had their own blankets why would we want a stinky hotels blanket? The lady said she would let her manager know and she would call us back, she never did my husband called today and she first off gave him attitude about the whole situation saying stuff like “well you have a car, how do I know you didn’t take it?” Listen only stay in this stinky hotel if you want to get charge for stuff you didn’t take.

Our experience at the Best Western was exactly what we needed for our short stay in Nashville. Marybeth at the front desk was absolutely fabulous and a pleasure to work with. We truly appreciated her kindness as we were in town for a funeral. Good room, breakfast and people! Thank you!

Nice place to rest your bones passing through. Very comfortable beds, very clean room and bathroom with great water pressure. Late night check-in was quick and easy. Room fridge was a bit loud but I personally appreciate the white noise for sleep haha. A restaurant/diner shares the parking lot which is great, but we arrived too late at night to check it out. Decent hot free breakfast right up until the cutoff. Friendly staff overall 🙂 Overall, very pleased with our overnight stay on the way home after a camping/hiking road trip. Wonderful value in my experience within this tier of hotels.

Stayed here for the AIM Grand Championships in Sparta. It was about a 40 minute drive each morning down to Sparta. Room was clean, friendly staff and just outside of the actual town area of Nashville. My favorite part was that the floors in the rooms are hard laminate- NOT carpet (eww), and bed frames are metal not wood. Felt very clean to me. Super quiet, nice pool and ample parking. Was great experience.

Front desk staff was friendly and kind. It was an overnight stay after driving for 8 hours. It offered what I needed, a clean room with working amenities. BW is pet friendly and gave me a room on the first floor, at the end of the hall next to an exit, which was great for me and my furbaby to easily get access to outside, so he can do his business. There is an outside pool but I didn't use it. Others seemed to be enjoying it. They allowed their guests to BBQ and sit on lawn chairs in their parking lot. It was the guest's bbq grill and chairs, lol. There is a gas station and McDonalds within walking distance.

We had an unexpected stop on a road trip. In the middle of farm country, this hotel is a simple, clean oasis. The building is older, right off the interstate. But the room was clean and essentially equipped. The staff were gracious. The breakfast was simple and delicious. Thank you! P.S. if you can’t walk steps, ask for a 1st floor room as there are no elevators.
