Horrible. If I
I could taste this -5 I would. This is the most grossest places I've ever stayed. It is not Hotel. It's a bedbug motel. I wish is read the information from reviews earlier. Bed bugs are taking over the place. Enter at your own risk. Bed bugs are carriers of filth and disease. The carpets are slicked over and the toilets filthy. If you come to the bed bug hotel with a smart a$$ manager and a subservient wife and staff of 3 that help him run it. He has one person cleaning the whole place!! She is exhausted and has a family. She's working in hazardous conditions with all this bugs and brings her child there to play while she works. He wanted to charge $89 pretty night and now for valentines day because they would be filled up. He conned me into paying for several more nights when he clearly knew about the bedbugs and also was allowing me to run around in my sock feet in that mess. The room sinks horribly. It is dirty and has a terrible flat screen tv is you want to call it that has no cable stations worth watching. They have HBO and MAX but these play the same thing back to back. Nothing but terrible programming and no name channels on the rest. My dog a small 4lb. Chihuahua was eaten alive by the bugs. He chewed all his hair off. We were the 4 days by this time. I took him to the very because he was literally crying out loud. The very pulled 2 of these bugs of of him. I left the next day. It was late when I got back and I was exhausted. The problem is this the goal is going broke. They are renting rooms for $500 week with a promise if a continental breakfast. That is waffles. Apple oranges(old). Tiny cakes in wrappers bought from Walmart. Bare amounts of anything and nothing that taste good. The coffee is really gross and there's never any orange juice or utensils. The bed is soft and dirty. It smells and i couldn't sleep one night. They don't have smokers rooms but I had holes all in my cover from cigarettes dropping on the fabric. I thought Wyndom was a higher end hotel. Not anymore. They officially now went lower than a cheap motel. I WOULDN'T GO BACK THERE IS MY LIFE DEPENDED I
ON IT. There are no pluses for this place. I'm reporting them to BBB. I want all my money back. I have pictures of the nasty bugs.

This use to be a nice place to stay. Unfortunately, the maintenance, housekeeping, and breakfast are much worse than I remember. In my room the HVAC had noticeable accumulations of dust and lint, the bathmat was badly soiled, there was water dripping onto the first floor hallway from the second floor, the guest computer was ancient and barely worked, and the breakfast was minimal: Sunny D and twinkies were featured on the short menu.

The cleaning crew does not do a very good job. The floor behind the bathroom door had dirt and hair, and the wall behind the bathroom door was full of boogers. The faucet in the tub had mold/mildew. The area around the fridge was gross. Mattress covers were badly stained. On a good note the beds were comfortable.

This used to be my go to hotel when in town. Needs updating, at least my room did. Bathroom had dirt and hair in the corners, shower curtain was moldy and nasty. Never once during the week did the run the vacuum. Fresh towels everyday, if you want to call them that. Most had stains or were more grey,brown than white. Trash out everyday except the past 2 days of my weeks stay. Nothing on those 2. Bed was never made up all week, nor was I provided with fresh linens either. Need to up your game if you expect people to stay here especially since your far off the beaten path.

Location was good as the only hotel in Waterloo. Towels were dingy and stained. Clipped toenails on carpet in room. Hair on one of the bed/sheets. I was given an extremely used paper key card holder. It must have been used for months already. Torn corners and barely holding together. Cant be sanitary after being in someone else pocket or purse that many times. Just strange to even have to talk about a .10 card holder being reused many times. Desk chair had multiple stains on it. I stayed there due to no other option. Checked in late and left early. Never again!

Positive: Nice clean room. Negative: For paying over $--- for one night, I expected the breakfast to be a lot better. For example, I had toast for breakfast, your only choice to put on it was jelly. I don't like jelly. Butter and peanut butter not available. I at my toast dry.

Positive: The front desk lady was nice Negative: Our room was not clean, the bathroom had mold in toilet and tub. Our coffee was opened and one was open and gone. I was able to write in the dust! Unfortunately our situation I didn't speak up and delt with it for our stay - doubtful if we will go back.

We stayed in room 318 over the weekend and we are covered in what look like bed bug bites. We have reached out to the hotel multiple times and cannot get anyone to call us back. Since we have been home we’ve spent a lot of money on bug sprays and anti itch ointments. We are praying we didn’t bring any bugs home with us. We would like the hotel to call us and take some accountability for this. We checked out on 3/8 - you can see in the photos some of our bites. I have bites on face, neck and ears, all the way down to my toes.
