Always a very pleasant experience, not only with the free breakfast included, but with the personnel!! Rooms always smell, super clean and disinfected! Ice machine always working lol Common area is super clean and assessable to everyone

I stay in a lot of hotels in my line of work and I wish they were all as great as this one. I have absolutely everything I need and the staff is incredible attentive and hard working. It's clean, orderly, comfy and quiet. Couldn't ask for more.

From the time we checked in the receptionist was there ready to take care of any and all of our requests and needs with a smile and such a friendly attitude it was very refreshing to actually get quality service from a hotel. We travel often and I have to say that this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in quite some time The staff was all nice and helpful the room was impressive the food was good and the attitude of everyone there was bright and cheerful we plan to visit this establishment again when we are back in the area. The best part of this review is it's location. The quante town of Chester is represented by it's amazing residents. The Baymount hotel is a different story. When I entered my room, it smelled like the urinal in a Mexican cat-house. When I pulled the filters from the AC / H-vac. It showed me why it smelled so bad.

For a 100+ a night for a room; they do the bare minimum. Bathrooms semi clean, missing light fixtures. Yellow towels. At least breakfast was ok. Check in was horrible and persons were non accommodating and talked about you in "their" language. Not cool!!

Parking with a trailer is no good. Rooms are dirty and smell. Reminds me of a nursing home. Things are falling apart and out dated. Definitely not a Holiday Inn Express
