Had 2 tornado warnings the night we were there and had no safe area planned out according to staff there. Hot water for tea or add to oatmeal was in glass container that was not insulated. So room temperature. Room was very clean and quiet. But dont expect a good breakfast.

Best high water pressure for a shower and a hotel ever and I loved that they had dove soap. Customer service was great such a very nice lady to welcome me in and then when I checked out a very nice lady, I was able to grab coffee and food, but it was almost 11 AM

Unpainted drywall patches all over. 1 particularly in the room. No toilet paper when we first arrived. Room was not cleaned. And the fan was DISGUSTING! Would not recommend

This place was very nice. Clean and very quite. Breakfast was very good, as well.

We don't know why they charged us twice , for pur stay. 94.00 then 100.00. Don't know why

As an O/O, the Ramada was affordable and convenient. My truck needed work done. I explained the situation to the clerk, and she allowed me to check in earlier than usual. The room I stayed in (rm 229) was clean. The staff were friendly. If a situation would ever arise again, then I would definitely use their services.

I filed a complaint with corporate on this hotel. Do not stay there until;|They fix the broken window locks on the 1st floor|They fix the open door 24x7 outside of the breakfast area|They fix the ventalation system in the hotel. We stayed here for a family wedding. The hotel was quick to ensure a quality stay. They worked with us to give us a great price and to move us when one room needed changed to meet our needs. I appreciated the management (Lalini) for her work when the bill was confusing. She cleared everything up and went above to be sure we left with a great experience.
