Eagle Brook is a gorgeous venue, indoors and out! Lots of natural light and the grounds are very well kept. Their staff is amazing to work with- always ensuring that every event is perfect.

I recently photographed an early fall wedding here and It was a lovely experience! Madison the venue coordinator was helpful to work with, she had good suggestions & everything ran smoothly. We didn't have to leave the venue because the grounds were so beautiful for all of our portraits needs! Would recommend this venue for those who are considering!

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue than Eagle Brook Country Club! From the very beginning, the team was incredibly organized, helpful, and professional, even with the changes in coordinators during the process. Sabrina stepped in seamlessly and made everything flow smoothly. She helped us create a detailed timeline and went above and beyond to assist with both setup and teardown, making sure the day was completely stress-free.

The food was just as amazing as it was during our tasting, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. The venue itself was absolutely stunning—the ceremony site was beautiful, and the reception setup was just perfect. One of the best features was the layout, which included a separate cocktail area, a gorgeous ballroom, and an outdoor patio that our guests loved. It really added to the overall experience and gave everyone different spaces to enjoy throughout the night.

We are so grateful to Sabrina and the entire team at Eagle Brook for making our day so special. They truly made the entire process a breeze and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish!

EVERYTHING about my experience with Eagle Brook for my wedding day was tremendous. From our first visit, to the walk throughs prior to the wedding, to the rehearsal dinner, to finally the actual day of our wedding. I am so happy to have chosen them for our special day. Madison Goldman was our venue coordinator and I could not praise her enough. She really understands everything that goes into planning a wedding and was so helpful for all the questions and concerns I had. I loved my experience with her so much that I am actually so sad it's over and I can't just be her friend in normal life!! Madison and Eagle Brook are 10/10 and I highly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding in the Chicagoland area!

I had my wedding here... Best choice ever! The staff was all so helpful and willing to jump in whenever necessary! Trish was so sweet in talking prices with us and showing us packages! She showed us around the place and I fell in love! So beautiful, and such lovely people! Trish was very kind and met with us multiple times to talk out details, pricing and anything else we had questions on. She really felt like family by the end! The people here know how to run a good party and run it well. They give you a wedding coordinator for the day of. Ours was Madison and she was such a stylish, sweetheart! She works with you the whole time. She asked any questions I had previously and was always so helpful! We had a bit of a music oops with the speaker, but it was something as silly as it being plugged in the wrong place! She was super sweet and encouraging as we figured out what the problem was. She was exceptionally supportive as was all the staff! Definitely people you want to have your back on a day that is so happy and yet, can be so overwhelming! They really remove any stress or pressure! We had such an amazing time dancing on the dance floor and eating the AMAZING food here! Most of our guests got steak and we all LOVED it! The chef and servers are a 10/10! Thanks Eagle Brook and everyone involved who made our day amazing! 💝

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Pam Schultz after my original wedding venue canceled on me and my fiance and I began looking into Eagle Brook Country Club. Pam was SO supportive, kind, and empathetic throughout the process, and replied SO quickly to all of our emails and questions. She quickly got us in for a tour and was so personable and thoughtful. While we ended up going with another venue for personal reasons, Pam still exhibited extreme kindness and truly seemed to care that our wedding day be a success. I highly, highly, highly recommend working with Pam to plan your wedding at Eagle Brook!

I had the most BEAUTIFUL wedding at Eagle Brook on Friday! I am in awe of the amazing service I received during my year plus of planning and excellent service on the wedding day. Sue, one of the event coordinators, is an absolute superhero!!! She helped me plan the event from start to finish, was always readily available when I had last minute questions or changes, and really made a personal connection with me. Sue absolutely went above and beyond for me EVERY step of the way! She was on top of it with all of my vendors and covered every detail with a fine-toothed comb. Without Sue, my day would not have been as perfect as it was. Even though it rained on my special day, the ceremony and photos were beautiful! Sue again saved the day calling my vendors and coming up with a plan B before I could even think about taking care of it. The banquet person helped set up Thursday (so sorry I can’t remember his name - but he was excellent)! Joey was my banquet captain on the wedding day and he was nothing short of AMAZING as well!!!!! I heard nothing but RAVE reviews from every single one of my guests! Matter of fact, guests were still calling us and numerous family members the days following to talk about how excellent the service and food was. No complaints here! Such a good value for everything in our package. Typically when you go to a wedding, you don’t remember the food or service, but it was literally the highlight of everyone’s evening. The bartender was excellent too, and I loved that our open bar package included things like Cosmos and Long Islands - many wedding bars will not accommodate. Too bad weddings are a one time thing because we’d love to get married again at Eagle Brook! Thank you to Sue, Joey, the excellent bartender and the equally amazing kitchen and banquet staff who made this the absolute BEST WEDDING (I know I’m biased but this really was)!!!
