So this review has been a long time coming. It has been on my to-do list for a long time and I have failed to leave it at the fault of my own only. with that being said.....6 reviews on here are 3 stars and below out of 51 (not including mine). Don't even pay attention to any of those.
This Venue was, is, and only continues to be extraordinary. My wife and I had the privilege of working alongside the staff to make our day as amazing as we visualized. Unfortunately, that didn't happen......it was even better!!!!!
We even had the honor to meet the owners as we invited them to the wedding as well. They did come out and had some laughs and moments shared and it made it all that more personable. The pictures of this place are amazing, but trust me you need to see it in person to get the full effect.
I can understand that the thing I see most people complain about is having to get their things out of the rooms on time. BUT COME ON!!!!! You go anywhere else and you have to pay for these rooms. NOT HERE!!!!! They tell you plenty of times in advance, as long as you are paying attention, that this needs to be done. In the military, we are taught time management. We were running behind at our wedding for the ceremony because the Bride and I were a little behind schedule. That was our fault. We still got everything out on time and also had the rooms cleared out with no issues.
Overall, we loved this place so much that we wanted to work as part-timers here just so we could still be connected to this wonderful group of people. We met so many amazing friends and even built new connections. We had a special guest with us, a country music star, and even he found the place gorgeous and an amazing place to be around.
So what are you waiting for......call, email, get in touch, and get a tour scheduled. Ask the questions and listen to what is offered. You are not going to beat the prices for what you are provided.

PS. We had a BBQ food theme for our dinner. OMG!!!!! Delicious!!!!!

Beautiful venue! We went to a wedding here last night and the space was rustic but classy. The huge windows were an incredible backdrop for the wedding party and the dance floor. There was only one heater for the outdoor wedding though so it was quite cold for guests, definitely something to consider if you are doing a wedding during a season with chilly evenings. The food and service was incredible! Highly recommend overall!

So where to begin, (long, but detailed - sorry!)the Ranch is absolutely amazing and went far beyond what we had expected. From the initial walk through and meeting Ashley, we knew we wanted to be married here and definitely wanted Ashley as our event planner. She is very knowledgeable in her business and had every detail covered. She is passionate about her work and such a joy to work with! From the amazing get-ready rooms, to the absolutely stunning main room with the beautiful chandelier, to the fan cooled pavilion where the ceremony was held and trail around the lake, this place was stunning. There is even a live zebra at the end of the trail. Ashley continued to work with us at every detail up to the day of the wedding. The actual day far exceeded our expectations. Ashley and her crew were at the Ranch well before our arrival time of 10am to ensure every thing was ready and in place. The place was absolutely beautiful, right down to the last and smallest detail. The ready rooms were stocked with beverages of our choice, immaculately clean, and just perfect. The guys room included a big screen TV, the ladies had multiple vanities, plenty of space, and was perfect. As for the main venue, there was plenty of space for the bands, or you could choose to use their in-house sound system and light system, both high-end and looked and sounded amazing. The outside is simply stunning and overlooks their beautiful lake. The food was delicious, provided by Andres catering and was so much better than we had even tasted at the initial tasting. (If you order beef, order the "old style", you will not be disappotinted!) Ashley was there throughout, ensuring every need was met, and ready to handle any issue that may have come up. There were none, they nailed it! The large glass door opens up to a new fire pit area, also overlooking the lake. The loft inside provides a great spot for overlooking the venue, as well as a perfect spot for pictures. And the fact that the Ranch is all inclusive, makes it hassle free of having to set up and tear down afterwards. They handle everything, and have an amazing choice of colors, table settings, place settings, etc. You will find something they have to make your day truly unforgettable. Our day was absolutely perfect and truly exceeded anything we had expected. I can not say enough about Ashley, her staff, and how hard they worked to make our wedding unforgettable. This is such a beautiful venue, and we have recommended it to all of our friends. THANK YOU!!! ❤️

Well, it has been four months now since the wedding, and I am finally getting around to submitting a review. Obviously, I am not very good at writing reviews.

Anyway, my daughter (and my now son-in-law) were married at this venue in July 2024, and it was wonderful!! The facility was beautiful!!

Ashley was great!! She also helped when there was a little misunderstanding on the paperwork, and she got it fixed.

Brittany was wonderful!! She even went above and beyond on her way home that night and dropped off an item to us that we forgot at the venue.

I would highly recommend this venue.

This is a beautiful venue; the outdoor spaces, fire pit, and just the feel are awesome. There were issues of not understanding the extra charges and contract fees for a minor changes, so, ask good questions, up front. But, from the day of the rehearsal to the night after the wedding, our wedding coordinator made all of the difference. If you are lucky enough to get Brittney, you will be happy. She took charge, had ideas and let us make some changes the day of for a smoother wedding. She waited on us hand and foot, and we could tell how important her job is. Thanks so much to you as there was not stress on us that day at all!
You will love the garage door as it transitions to turn the space into and indoor/outdoor sitting.

Great space for large gatherings! The interior is amazing and so are the views from outside! Horse farm next door, pond and woods make for great picture opportunities.

The moment I walked into this venue I fell in love. From the very beginning they were accommodating and considerate. On my wedding day there were some bumps but Taylor handled them the best way she could and she did absolutely amazing and we could never thank her enough.
They were great at organizing and keeping all our vendors in contact. I never had to worry about anything, and if I did they were there to worry about it for me.
The food was wonderful and my guests were so happy that Taylor went to the dance floor and did the worm!!
It was raining our entire wedding day and even with rain they did everything in their power to make my day special and accommodate any changes/ needs.
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I could not have done any of it without the help of Sugar Spring.

Sugar Springs Ranch and the rural setting provides the perfect setting for our annual Sandra M.Bereitschaft Foundation dinner. Plenty of parking and a beautifully decorated dining room set the stage for a memorable event. Ashley and her professional staff provided thoughtful suggestions and great service. Many of our guests were first time visitors to Sugar Springs Ranch and were in awe with the rustic barn setting, dining experience and thoughtful service.
