I love this place. I asked for gift certificates for Christmas and, so far, have used them for a pedicure with Jessi, a facial with Kim, and a massage with Jessica today. Have enjoyed every service and every staff member. Owner Sara Pe is a wonderful, caring person and you can always be sure that Angie at the front desk will take excellent care of you.

Such a great experience. All of the staff were so welcoming. My friend and I booked pedicures and I think it was the best pedicure (and pedicure foot massage) I’ve had! My nail tech Sam was amazing! Will be back monthly!

This experience was unreal. I quite literally have never felt more relaxed or pampered in my entire life! I booked a massage, pedicure, and manicure for my first visit to Spa TherPe and I already can’t wait to come back!

This was my first massage ever and Amy was incredibly accommodating for my sensitivity to pressure. Upon arrival, they check with you on existing health conditions, allergies, and if you’re okay with aromatherapy which is so inclusive!

After my massage was a pedicure and I had no idea what I was in for. You’re sat in a chair for your feet to soak, then you’re reclined so you’re fully horizontal. Sam gave me a pillow, sheet, and blanket. Then I had a towel to cover my eyes, a warm neck wrap, and a few inhales of essential oils. She took her time making sure my toes and feet were taken care of. I’ve literally never felt more relaxed, I was nearing sleep by the time I was done.

Lastly, Jessi did my manicure and took her time making sure everything looked good. She was thorough with her process and asked my opinion throughout the entire time to ensure I was satisfied. She did an incredible job with my nails, massaged my hands, then let my hands sit for a bit in a warmer.

If you’ve only ever had your nails done in a nail salon, I highly recommend trying Spa TherPe for the most relaxing experience. Keep in mind that this is a quiet, relaxing experience without your phone (which is why there are hardly any reviews with pictures). It felt so refreshing to take the time to sit in quiet and be pampered. I cannot WAIT to go back!

Wonderful place for manicures and pedicures! They offer a wide range of polish color choices, are super sanitary, and gentle on your nails. If you get no-chip, your polish will be removed with a steam remover, which makes the polish wipe right off… no more sitting with fingers wrapped in acetone and scrapping off your natural nail. You will also have your hands wrapped in warming mitts at the end of your service. Ashley is an artist and can do impressive nail art as well!

The pedicure is the most relaxing pedicure you will ever experience. You will recline in a zero gravity chair with a light cloth over your eyes, a warm blanket covering you, and a pillow to hold. To start the process you will breathe in lavender essential oil to get relaxed, and breathe in citrus to wake you when the service is complete. It’s very quiet and gentle spa music is playing in the background. It’s amazing!! You will leave here with a great pedi and feeling completely pampered!!

I have a facial and massage scheduled soon and I can’t wait to experience those next!

Wow, wow wow! Can I just say this was the perfect spa day. I had a massage with Jess then a body scrub with Kim.

Environment/vibe: so cozy, clean and they make you feel like home!

Massage with Jess: firstly, I feel Jess is an Angel 😆, she was SO kind and sweet. When she started working on my back, I couldn’t believe the work she did to help with my knots! It felt amazing to have that release. I didn’t want to leave.

Body scrub with Kim: Kim and I had a WONDERFUL conversation (of course you can have a more silent appt but I truly loved connecting with her!) I also didn’t want to leave, I truly enjoyed my time with her. The body scrub was DIVINE. The products they use are heavenly and felt so good on my skin.

This PHENOMENAL spa day and 5 star service at a very reasonable price? I will now be here once a month for my self-care day.

To recap: I am a brand new woman, I feel amazing and feel so loved and care for. Do NOT overlook this place - it’s the most perfect “hidden” gem in Crystal Lake.

I also bought an eye cream from their product line and can’t wait to try it!

Just schedule now, don’t even think about it 😂

I am far too pregnant to reach my toes and wanted a nice relaxing pedi before I go into mama mode. Saw this place had phenomenal reviews and gave it a try. I'm so glad I did! Ashley gave me the most relaxing and beautiful pedicure! When I can see my toes I just love them! ❤️

I love it here. All of the employees are so genuinely kind, and attentive. I’ve been here twice, I live 1 hour 15 minutes from here but it’s worth it. I’ve had a massage done by Janet twice and have a very positive experience. The last time I was there I realized how many services they provide and I asked for a specific service & although they’re only by appointment, they were able to squeeze me in. To top it off, I think they have very reasonable pricing for all of their services. The spa is really nice & the service is great. I would highly recommend.

I had an incredible experience at Spa TheraPe today during my 90-minute massage session. Amy, my therapist, was not only kind and upbeat but also highly professional with impeccable technique. The inexpensive add-ons were a delightful bonus that enhanced my overall relaxation. I left feeling rejuvenated, and my body feels significantly better.
