Hotel was clean for the most part but they were lacking every consumable imaginable. There was 1 roll of TP in the room, when I asked at the desk for more they said they were out. Checked in Saturday and they didn't service our room until Friday and only after I asked at the desk. Asked multiple days for new towels and again, they said they were out. There were only a handful of cars in the parking lot as well so they weren't busy so I don't know why they didn't have any supplies on hand. Fair warning that the garbage trucks pickup at 5am so you are awakened by the slamming of the dumpster multiple times right outside your room. The breakfast was OK, a typical hotel continental breakfast with some eggs and bacon or sausage and waffles. The staff was friendly.

Reserved a whirlpool room on line and paid online for 12/27/2024. Went to check in at about 7 pm and the guy at the desk tells me that room ain't made up but I can give you clean sheets and pillowcases and you can make it up yourself. So you want me to make the bed and sleep in a dirty room for $170? That dude is messed up and if this is company practice, I'll never stay in this dump or any other country inn and suite hotel anywhere. Such a disgusting policy.

Sent my installers from Chicago to a job site and booked 3 rooms. Their experience was terrible! Toilets were disgusting, BUGS in the room, BLOOD on the sheets, and noises ALL NIGHT. Management was terrible and couldn't care less about the issues. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Great overall experience, hot breakfast with scrambled eggs n bacon with lots of breads and cereal hot waffle maker yogurt too. Staff was very helpful especially Josh asst manager was super accommodating and everywhere was cleaned thoroughly.

Not worth what I paid and will not return. Bed was ok but my room must have been over a huge furnace as the vibration and noise prevented my sleeping through the night. I asked to change rooms and was told they overbooked. No hot breakfast, no towels in pool area and no working hot tub. But did enjoy the sauna and the pleasant girls at reception. Also no towel racks in my bathroom and no washcloth!

Positive: It was quiet. Also conveniently located next to a good restaurant. Negative: I needed to put my ice packs in the mini freezer/refrigerator in my room. However there was someone's frozen bag of water frozen and stuck in the freezer so you couldn't get it out nor was there room for anything else. No wash cloths or hand towels.

Positive: Fairly clean Negative: The shower rail was broken, the door did not close properly, the smoke alarm was missing and loose wires hung from the ceiling, and the 2am fire alarm where we stood outside for over an hour

Recently had a wedding here where we blocked 20 rooms for a Saturday night. About 5 months before our wedding, the hotel closed for an unknown amount of time. I would have never known as I was never contacted. I had to call the restaurant next door to get any information on what was happening. For that, I give you a pass. Upon blocking 20 rooms, we were granted use of a shuttle to and from our wedding venue. Again, I would have never known the shuttle would not be operational on our wedding date. I never got a call. I got lucky someone told me to check and make sure that was a go. I found out the day before the wedding the shuttle was not operational. The manager was supposed to call and never did. Nobody at the front desk could answer any questions and the manager who could was too lazy or stuck up to return a phone call. I will never stay here again. I will never book an event here again. I will tell everyone I know about the 0/5 customer service we received and that the manager is too good to return any calls. Rooms were clean and apparently everyone got checked in OK. So kudos to the front desk for working with what they have because it sounds like your boss is incompetent. Nice hotel. Management sucks.
