Char is very kind and helpful. She procures a cozy and comfortable environment; it was exactly like getting a massage in bed. As she was working on my right foot (in the area of intestines), my gi tract - which was inflamed- responded well. I did expect more of a concentrated/tough foot and lower leg massage. I learned reflexology is different. So that's my fault for not knowing the difference.
