The Southern Bean is a nice little cafe / ice cream shop near downtown New Brockton. The decor is fabulous; I can tell a lot of heart went into the design of the inside and outside areas. The ice cream tastes great- I got what I believe is called the “Boll Weevil Special”. The staff was very friendly and polite. Overall, I would recommend The Southern Bean to anyone wanting to taste some new ice creams.

Great little shop in the small town of New Brockton, AL. I had a frozen mocha, it was delicious. I also had a breakfast wrap, bacon, egg and cheese. The prices were excellent. Very friendly folks too!

This a perfect coffee ☕shop for a small town. Extremely clean, the baristas are pleasant and know how to make your beverage the way you want it. And pastries... this is a place you need to visit.
