I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels and this one hardly deserves the hotel in the name. I’ve been to motels with far cleaner and with kinder service. Definitely not a place you’d take your family. The place smells awful, this constant musty and moldy smell in the air. The beds are gross and floors are too. The rooms themselves are standard but old and little run down. The key cards work once when you enter your room but they will not work again after that until you go to the front desk. Oh btw don’t let the bot accounts fool you into thinking that the place is “strict on smoking” but it’s not. There is a constant smell of weed and cigarettes in the air, and usually I’m really lax with that kinda of stuff but it was just so potent that I begun to get nauseous. Also charged both my credit and debit cards which while trying to get it fixed they were rude and argumentative. Just don’t go here, the other hotels in the area are worth the 10-15 extra bucks a night.

I purchased the room so that my daughter could swim n have fun but the water was very cold and they had no maintenance person for second shift. The employee at the front desk acted as if he did not care to try and get the water warmer. There were several guests that complained of the water being too cold and nothing was done about it.

The attitude from the staff is downright unfriendly. They constantly disable the room access card, and I can't tell if they're doing it on purpose to mess with me or if it's just incompetence. When you need to use the card to access your room, it's a gamble—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When I asked them about it, the explanation was absurd. They claimed my phone was somehow disabling the room card. Really?

The hotel looks fine from the outside, but the moment I stepped into the room, I saw the bathroom full of unflushed filth. Clearly, no one bothered to clean or even check the room before assigning it. For $60 a night, you'd expect at least basic cleanliness. There are plenty of other hotels in the area at that price point. Unless you're completely exhausted and desperate for a bed, do yourself a favor and skip this place. Overall, I don't recommend it at all.
The location is decent, with a Burger King, several restaurants, a big gas station, and a mall right next door, all within walking distance. There are also about five different hotels nearby. But with all these options, you'd be better off choosing one of them instead of this place. The convenience of the location doesn't make up for the constant hassle and lack of cleanliness. Avoid this hotel—there are plenty of better choices just steps away.

Run down building. Toilet ran all night. Floors were beyond filthy. Ceilings were water damaged. No bedbug protector. Bathtub didn't drain. Prepacked muffins were only thing for breakfast. Coffee was leftover from the yesterday. Smoke detector was chirping all night long. We asked for it to be fixed, we were told they don't do that on Sundays.

Positive: Nothing I wish I could rate some of these zero or negative Negative: Everything the hotel was discussing in the front desk person that I had to deal with, Judy, was very rude and dismissive about my complaints. She said I was nitpicking the room and therefore would not give me a refund which was clearly deserved

Room looks decent at first glance. Smoke detector hanging out of the ceiling and another one found shoved behind the bed. Small pieces of garbage behind night stand, floors are so dirty that barefeet turn dirty from walking on them, the bathroom tub stopper was broken, the faucet was broken so it would only work on shower, there were hairs in tub and on floor plus around the door frame entering the bathroom, hot water didn't last the whole shower, the lock to the room was hanging on by one screw and not secured, and the day we asked for new towels after several days of being here, it took over an hour so we had to ask a second time for them which shouldn't have happened. The pool was freezing which was a huge downfall as well. However, the location was perfect. There were restaurants everywhere and places to explore nearby. The price was right. Just wish the upkeep of the rooms and bathroom were to a higher standard.

One poorly functioning ice machine for a 3 floor hotel the place smelt horribly of marijuana walls were so thin you could hear everything said in the next room the employees say people complain about these things regularly but the owners don’t seem to care
