Nice place. The first floor area was very cold. The room was nice and clean. The pillows were small and not firm at all. The water pressure in the shower was AWESOME. Perfect after a long day of driving! The bartender was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The muffins were delicious. The sausage patties were not very hot.
I works definitely recommend staying here. We enjoyed our stay.

In hotel bar has great food and Sandy is awesome. Restaurant is open till 9 and if you so choose there is also 5 video slots. Morning breakfast has eggs sausage and seasoned potatoes plus the usual fruit cereal etc with a automatic pancake maker. Overall cost plus the quality of food and rooms are decent it is a go to location for me when traveling thru the area

Customer service was polite and prompt. The hallways smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, although the room did not. The room was quite dirty. There was hair all over in the bathroom, and there were splatters on the walls in the bathroom and bedroom. The walls had holes from incomplete construction, and the wiring looked quite old with unsafe-looking extension cords being used for appliances. I would not stay here twice.

Me and my partner traveled to Illinois for an event. The hotel is not very secluded as what the photos make it seem. This hotel is next to 2 motels and a gas station which makes the area feel unsafe. Before booking, I’ve read reviews about the customer service being a hit or miss. Thankfully, the front desk was really nice and did not experience any bad customer service.

We were in room #449: Not even 1 hour of our arrival, we kept hearing a random man scream every 20-30 minutes. We notified the customer service which they said they would scope out the area. I’m assuming they couldn’t locate this “man” and he continued to scream the whole day/night. We also noticed a crack on the window which turned out to be a bullet hole. The other thing I would only complain about is the TV. There was only 2 channels that could fully work (football and some sort of detective American show). Although the pricing may be affordable, I wouldn’t book here again.

I stayed at this hotel because my job payed for my stay and I’m gonna recommend my job not place us drivers at this hotel anymore. My room was dirty when I checked in. The older Caucasian woman named Jenny who works night shift is very rude, aggressive and has horrible customer service. It’s been 3 days since housekeeping has come to my room to change out rags or linen on my mattress and has not come to change garbage cans in the room. Certain staff is running the hotel like a prison/boot camp. I’m making sure I report the lady who works night shift to corporate.
Sn if you’re staying at this hotel because Werner sent you here tell the terminal manager to send you elsewhere!

I am a travel nurse who works Night Shift at the hospital down the street. On one occasion I had a very nice woman help me with accommodations for early check-in which was at 8 am because I work 7 pm to 7:30 am and need to sleep after my shift in preparation for the next shift. Another time I had a man, who very kindly asked his supervisor about my accommodations and they told me to call at 8 am the day of to see if they had a clean room. I was happy with that answer. Tonight, I called to ask for accommodations for the morning. The gentleman who answered the phone told me that he has worked at this hotel for 8 years and that they never make accommodations for a time so early. He told me that the earliest time I can check in is 11 am which is way too late. The only reason I am giving two stars is because none of the employees give the same answer when asking for early check-in accommodations. The least the man tonight could do was ask his supervisor for approval but instead he denied me and my business. I did let the gentleman know that I just stayed at the hotel just a few weeks ago and that they allowed me to check-in at 8 am. He did not believe me. I will be taking my business elsewhere to the Super 8 up the road because they never give me an issue with early check-in.
