Great place to have fun with the family. There are a lot of actives to do besides hanging out at the pool. I will say it would be nice if they had a family package for certain things. $70 per kid can add up quick when you have more than one. I do wish the suite we reserved had more than just a fridge. Ordering food is expensive, the prices for somethings were crazy expensive but then others were kinda cheap. My advice: order what you can ahead on Amazon. Paying for parking Bogus…The staff!!! Super helpful, really friendly, and polite. Most of the employees genuinely seem to enjoy their job and you can tell by the service they provide. All in all it was a fun time, just make sure you look out for deals and save money

We had an amazing time at Great Wolf Lodge! The indoor water park was so much fun—we went on all seven adventurous water slides and loved every minute of it. The lazy river was relaxing, and the large arcade game room kept everyone entertained for hours. Our hotel room was very clean, and honestly, the entire place was spotless, including the bathrooms and showers. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place for family fun—it’s the perfect getaway for all ages!

I’m only giving great Wolf Lodge two stars but I think he should read the whole review to understand why it wasn’t five stars. It was my daughter‘s birthday and I booked our room close to 30 days in advance. I got the deluxe luxury suite with a balcony and if you look it up, that’s not a cheap room. When I showed up, I was moved to a regular hotel room type And was never told this in advance. Well, I only booked that room for one night but because somebody else came along and wanted to book the same room for two nights, they would make more money on that so they gave my room away and gave me a lesser of a room And gave me 20% off. Two problems with that. I booked that room for a reason and I will go into that in a minute, but nobody told me anything until I showed upand got in the room to find out. So they said sorry but we gave you 20% off. But if you take 20% off the room I booked it’s the same price as I would’ve paid to book the room I got so they didn’t save me any money or do me anyfavors. They still got premium price and I got moved to a lesser room. I don’t expect everybody to understand, but I have claustrophobic and anxiety issues so when I book rooms at hotels, I do it for a medical reason and they took that away from me. So when I told them about this and voiced my concerns and opinions they really could care less about that. They already did what they did and I was already there so it’s either take it or leave it or eat shit. That’s the negative part and I will never go back and I will tell people don’t ever go there. On the positive note for the two stars everything else is great. It was a fun waterpark, everything was super clean, the room was clean and Bug bed free We had tons of fun with all the other activities and every time we ate, the food was delicious. All the people who work there were so helpful and nice.

Out of all of the hotels I've stayed at, the staff here is amazing. Very kind and helpful. The room is perfect for our large family. The kids loved the pizza and Waterpark so far. The location is perfect. So close to the mall, lots of places to eat. They really know what their doing here

Ok so it was good. We drove up from Indiana and it was pretty worth it. So we got there and check on was great. After check in we went to the water park and ate some pizza and my sister didn't like it but she loves pizza. But, then I went to actually go swimming in the water park and it was pretty good accept for the wave pool. It was filled gross stuff at the bottom of it. So after the water park we went to our hotel room it was hard to find but it was nice. I had the best night of sleep ever. In the morning breakfast was great and I wish there was a microwave in the room because we had to walk all the way down the hall just to cook a bagel. After that we went to the water park again and I have never in such a nice water park before, it was better than the one in my city in Indiana I loved this one.

Decided to go as we heard nothing but good reviews. Checked the price at 9:30am, 2 rooms left one for $399 and the other that fit our needs at $439. 30min later when we're booking the room the price jumped to over $700. Went ahead with it since we already told the kids. Check in was easy using the kiosk. They say to add the parking for $15 which we did but don't waste your money as they were not checking any vehicles in the lot. Room was ok, kids got excited for the bunk beds only to discover the top bunk was super loud with every move and one child not being able to sleep there. As for our bed- very uncomfortable. Overall- kids had fun, waterpark not that big but very warm, lockers $20 for a day which is not bad, food at the park is too much money for what you get, it should not be that expensive for outdated rooms not that many attractions at the waterpark.

Came here for my daughter’s birthday and I don’t think I’ll be back. Got a water bottle at the shop and they charge 10 $ after providing no price for the water on the shelf. Complete rip off. The water park was enjoyed by my daughter and son so no complaints there, but the place itself is a complete rip off. I’d only recommend coming here if you bring all your our food and drink including water bottles and only plan on doing the water park. Staff was very polite and friendly regardless, not one bad apple in the bunch from who I met.

Update we still had a day left at the waterpark, and we went to the waterpark. I spent $55 on food for three people. The burgers were lower quality than you would find at a backyard cookout and had nothing on them. The soda machine only had flat soda. Which was undrinkable. Overall, I would say this place absolutely sucks unless you’re looking to spend an absorbent amount of money on a bunch of crap you don’t need and your goal is to feel like you were ripped off. If you do come, I recommend bringing your own food and drinks for every meal and just going to the waterpark and ignoring everything else.
Seriously, save your money and go to Wisconsin Dells, where at least when you’re paying an absorbent amount of money for things you have some kind of excuse for it

Normally I don't write a review, but seeing all the lower reviews, I wanted to give a different perspective. We had a great time! Mind you, this was a Monday-Tuesday in March, so I can see how weekends could be more crowded and frustrating. We have kids who are 16, 14, 13, and 8.|First, our check-in at 1pm on Monday was smooth and easy. 5 minutes or less. Our room was ready right away, which was unexpected!|Next, the water park was great! #1 reason, it was very warm, and I hate water parks that are cold. #2 Tons of slides and pool options. The boys loved the slides and basketball hoops. The lines were much shorter than I usually experience. #3 The life guards looked attentive, but did not micro-manage us, which I appreciated. The only drawback is no hot-tub. |In the morning we had breakfast sandwiches from Dunkin, and the service was quick.|I would definitely stay here again!
