Hotel staff was very welcoming. Everyone always greeted you. Breakfast each morning was worth buying. Liked that they had room service at night time. They have a nice firepit area outside to relax and watch the ducks in the pond.

Checked in with the concierge who was super nice & even got me a lil travel toothpaste since I managed to forget it. The hotel in its entirety is spotless and beautifully decorated, the room had a beautiful view of the snowfall over the pond, and someone even put a heart shaped walking path in the snow which was a cherry on top. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the beds were so comfy I slept like the dead. I can't wait for my next trip back to visit, I will definitely be booking again! Not to mention the ice machine that was a game changer!

Me ,my mother and brother and niece came up for a funeral. From check in. Until when we left. It was great. My mother is in a wheelchair and the space and bathroom was awesome. She has bone cancer. So a soft bed is a big deal and in no time she was snoring️ We will not stay anywhere else. Thank you!

We travel a lot for my son's travel tournaments and this was probably one of the top 3 places we have stayed. The room was SO clean! Bathroom was well stocked and we had plenty of room to stretch out and relax!

Hands down the worst experience and probably the only bad experience I’ve ever had at a holiday inn. The last time I stayed here, we did not have these issues. I’m not sure if it’s under new management or ownership or what but absolutely not impressed. First off, I was charged FIFTY dollars for incidentals which can take up to THIRTY days to go back on my account depending on my bank, when I’ve rarely even been charged for incidentals to begin with at holiday inns- but the max is always twenty. They state that the pool is heated but it was ice cold. No towels in the pool area. The desk lady said that they ran out last night and apparently no one had the bright idea to restock them so people aren’t walking around soaking wet to find some. They had this ridiculous sign posted up- which I’m not even sure what legal grounds they would have to charge 500 dollars for these absurd things (it takes 500 dollars to clean up food and drinks- yeah right) On top of that the pool area was disgusting. Algae or something growing in many areas on the floor. Bugs and what appears to be mold in the jacuzzi that had no working jets. Sand in the bottom of the jacuzzi. Garbage all over the pool room. Dirty towels left everywhere. To top it off, the lady behind me was given coupons for free breakfast for the same complaint I had- it not being free being a holiday inn when i thought it said so online. I almost wonder if the difference was because i used my points and didn’t pay full cost for the room. I will definitely be calling the franchise because im
Sure they’d be very disappointed with their hotel name being used at a place that’s being ran like this.

Clean and well managed, good rooms but a bit dark, could do with some more lighting. One negative is no tea or coffee ready to go in mornings as breakfast is in the restaurant attached to lobby. A+

Stayed here this past week on business. Loved this location as it’s close to everything you may want or need. The staff up front were very professional and my room was extra clean when I checked in. I also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. I ate at the restaurant on site, Burger Theory, and my meal was great!! Will definitely be back while on business in the future.

This hotel was perfect for a business trip. A bit tucked away, but that’s great because you’re away from all the riff raff of a hotel in a major part of town. A gentleman named Matt M. was working the front desk at 8pm and was super helpful in helping me print out a bunch of paperwork. Great service, 5 stars all around!!!
