Our experience at Magnolia’s Wedding and Event Venue was beyond anything we could have imagined. The setting was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, elegant, and perfect for our special day.

Kim and her team were truly awesome! Kim not only supported us through every detail but also had the honor of marrying us, which made the moment even more meaningful. Afterward, we had our surprise “engagement” wedding party, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The whole team made sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment with our loved ones.

If you’re looking for a stunning venue with a team that genuinely cares about making your day unforgettable, Magnolia’s is the place. We’re so grateful for Kim and her team for making our day so special. Highly recommend!

Magnolia’s was the perfect place to hold my daughter’s bridal shower. The event space was very well thought out and each nook had purpose. We had coffee station, dessert table, main table, soda and mimosa station, gift table, prize table, guess the age table and bloom bar. There were many photo ops – floral arch, main black background that we decorated for our wildflower theme, welcome sign, front outdoor patio sign and space for our 360 camera. But most of all was the Magnolia staff. Kim and Deb were very helpful in the planning process and helped make our vision come to reality. Kim was present during the event and put up the patio sign and wildflower wall (she even added an extra touch with butterflies). The dessert and food were laid out perfectly and her staff were very attentive in making sure to take away the empty plates right away or refill the drinks. We played many interactive games and the space was plenty. Everyone had nice compliments about the venue and party! We highly recommend Magnolia’s and looking forward to hosting another event in the future here.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kim and Deb were amazing to work with in the planning of a baby shower. They are so detailed and passionate about what they do, made the planning process stress free and the event the day of was super smooth. The space was so nicely decorated and the prices were reasonable. Would recommend them for any event!

A beautiful setting for a bridal shower! The entire staff was hospitable & attentive to our guests. Kim and Deb are extraordinary event planners & pay attention to all the details, big & small. 10/10 recommend!!!

Kim and Deb pulled off a fabulous event! I had my baby shower two weeks ago there. Pricing was reasonable for venue. I never planned a baby shower or even an event before and they helped out a lot. Would highly recommend Magnolias! Thank you so much ladies! My guests rave about how nice my baby shower was and I couldn’t do it without Kim & Deb.

A special thanks to Kim and Deb for the outstanding venue we had our daughter and future son in law’s wedding shower. Magnolias in Bartlett is a perfect place for any kind of celebration you may need to have. It’s so clean and the servers were great and very attentive to our needs. They even cleaned up after our guest made a mess by our flower bar. Kim and Deb also answered my questions I had on a timely basis.

I had my daughter’s bridal shower at Magnolias, June 8th 2024, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this venue, their coordinators and the food. From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the venue was and how easy going Kim and Debbie were. They were both so accommodating and helpful and always available to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend magnolias and will definitely use them again in the future. I also recommend my Cocina grill for the catering. The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating for anything we needed.

We had our baby shower here today! The place is beautiful and modern! They pretty much have everything you need! Kim and Her team did an amazing job from the start to finish! They’re very professional and took very good care of us! Kim fulfill all my request even some were last minute! This is such an amazing place to do events!!! I highly recommend this place!!!! ♥️
