My husband and I came here for his birthday (04/04/2025) and we truly enjoyed our stay. It was a mini getaway without having to travel so far to get much needed rest and relaxation. My husband and I recently honeymooned at this place for 2 nights. We wanted to love our stay but didn’t. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable in our unit. My neck is still stiff from those pillows. The hot tub was nice but the faucet leaked our entire 2 night stay no matter how much muscle I put into cutting off the water. My back got cooked a couple times while In the shower from sudden changes in water temperature. You can also clearly hear when another unit was using the water in their unit. We woke up at 4 a.m. both mornings due to all the noise outside and the cold draft that kept finding its way into our room. The overhead mirror was dirty with fingerprints on it. Obviously someone had fun in our room before we got there and it wasn’t fully cleaned off. That same mirror also had a carnival mirror effect with somewhat distorted reflections. The room just seemed very dated, as if it hasn’t been updated in 20+ years. The complimentary bottled water that was in the room even tasted like plastic. For the $100 deposit, $25 member fee and the $347 price tag for a Wednesday evening til Friday morning stay, we expected more. Unfortunately the location was the best thing about our stay. I think we’ll just stick with Aura hotel next time we want a romantic getaway.

I have been to many hotels as well as in different states. this hotel is top tier and what makes it top tier is not only the rooms and decorations but the customer service. Amelia was phenomenal, Job well done! I have to come at least one more time to see what the super essence suit is like. and to the owner great job on the property but most importantly on having staff that displays such excellent customer service skills…

Me and my boyfriend had a good time and what a time was had lol. The customer service was pleasant and very helpful when checking in and out. The room was pleasant and clean. We end up turning the room into a sauna with the whirlpool. Will be visiting again to do the couple massages.

All I can say is wow. It was the best experience me and my woman have had. The sauna and spa and jacuzzi is amazing. Definitely recommend and worth it.

Went for a birthday surprise … it was very nice and relaxing. Only problem was we (the staff member & I) couldn’t figure out how to make the steam room work! But it was clean they were helpful & my spouse loved it! I also came to discover they make chocolate covered strawberries and do ballon decorations too!
