SO MUCH TRASH
My family and I have lived in the neighborhood for years and have never experienced such disruption. The people that rent the space always leave garbage, small confetti trash everywhere, screaming, FIGHTING, food all over the sidewalk, broken alcohol bottles, BREAK WINDOWS, and take up all the RESIDENTIAL parking we pay permit for. Shame to the neighborhood!!!

Event space was nice. Parking is super limited and the Bluetooth connection cut out eventually for the music. But overall the space was nice for a small event, and they had additional chairs and tables which was a plus!

The facility was not bad. I believe my wife had some issues with the booking experience with the owners. The place was mostly clean but not squeaky. As we were cleaning up, we kept finding trash on the floor that we KNOW we didn't bring.

Parking is UNBELIEVABLY scarce and every one of our guests had trouble finding this place. From the outside, it looks closed. Some sort of signage out front would be helpful. We probably wouldn't rent again.

Very clean, spacious and bright space for any kind of event. Julia was a helpful host and was able to attend to all my questions leading up to the event day. The kitchenette and bathroom were both very clean, and the expectations were very clear as to how to enter, clean up, and Free Wi-Fi was included! Would highly recommend.
