I recently had a 2-hour couples massage at Mongolian Massage Lab, and it was truly one of the best massage experiences I've ever had. From head to toe, the massage was thorough, relaxing, and incredibly well done. The therapists, Judy and John, tailored the pressure to our preferences, and the session included hot stones and aromatherapy, which elevated the whole experience even more.

I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere was calming, the staff were professional and attentive, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

I highly recommend Mongolian Massage Lab to anyone looking for an exceptional massage. I’ll definitely be back and plan to make this a regular appointment!

This is hands down one of my favorite massage places. They just opened a new location on Lawrence in Chicago and let me tell you—same amazing service as the original!

Lilly is my go-to, she’s incredible, but honestly, everyone here is solid. The place is super clean, the front desk is friendly, and they make you feel comfortable from the second you walk in.

Definitely make an appointment—they’re already getting busy! Oh, and there’s a few free street parking spots right in front, which is a nice bonus.

My husband and I booked a 2-hour couples massage, and the whole experience was very relaxing with a comfortable environment. The massage therapist kept checking if the pressure was right, and I almost fell asleep. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she did a great job, and we will definitely go back.

Had such an amazing experience! My wife brought me there today for a couples massage to celebrate my birthday. The place has a calm and inviting atmosphere. It looked nice and clean in the room where we received our couples massage. The masseuse was attentive to my needs and was constantly checking if the pressure was right. She payed attention to my back and shoulders where I have the most troubles. My wife was happy with the results of her massage as well since she has back pain. We definitely will be coming back soon.

I just had one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced! After a couple of extremely taxing weeks and a very demanding job, I needed to unwind, and this place delivered in every way. I was able to book a same-day, late evening appointment (over the weekend nonetheless!), which was such a relief for an overworked busy Mama who decided to take care of herself for a minute!! The place was super clean and inviting, the atmosphere was very calming, the ambiance was perfect, and the staff made sure everything was just right. My massage therapist was amazing — she checked in on the pressure throughout several times, which I really appreciated since I prefer a deep, firm massage, and she was, surprisingly to me, incredibly strong. I just regret not asking her name since I was the last client of the day and was trying to leave quickly so they could get on with their evening. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone in need of relaxation and healing. Thank you for such an excellent experience!!

This is real, professional healing.

I’ve been getting massages for the past 10 years. I’ve done everything from Massage Envy, spa chains, supportive wellness salons. It was something I did monthly to feel better. But since having two kids (with complicated births), starting roller derby, and balancing a high-stress workload—my body has needed more than a treat. It’s needed actual care.

I found the Mongolian MassageLab after moving to Jefferson Park, and I haven’t stopped going, and will only go here from now on.

I’ve gone 6 times over the last three months—and EVERY time I walk out saying the EXACT same thing: They literally just healed me.

Every massage therapist I’ve had here is incredibly skilled, highly trained, and deeply respectful.

They watch how your body reacts. They listen to what your muscles are telling them. They don’t avoid areas that are hard to work through—they meet your body where it is and address the whole system. It’s not surface-level work.

They treat you like an actual human with interconnected muscle systems—not just a sore neck or a tight back. <— Read that part again. There is nothing weird or uncomfortable here—i this is a deeply professional space. It’s also the most intuitive, thoughtful bodywork I’ve ever had—ever. These are healers, and I say that with my whole chest. My top two massage therapists—the ones I will absolutely be fighting tooth and nail to book with from here on out—are Diana and Ariana. I just had a therapy session today with Diana, and I genuinely think it was the BEST massage I’ve ever had in my entire life. She gave me constant feedback, let me know which areas were tight, reassured me when she was able to adjust and loosen areas, and she made thoughtful recommendations for my next time in. I felt like she was totally in tune with what my body needed and was responding in real time. She’s the kind of therapist who makes you feel safe, supported, and actually better. If you’ve been searching for that place—this is it. Best of luck on your own healing journey. You deserve to feel this good.

Had an amazing 120min massage with Diana. Very clean and relaxing place. She did a great job and checked that the pressure was comfortable throughout the massage. The cupping and hot stones were amaaaazing. I’ll be back for sure!!!!

Having enjoyed multiple excellent massages at the Skokie MassageLab, I decided to try their new Chicago location, drawn in by their introductory special. I mentioned a headache upon arrival, and my therapist, Ari, expertly focused on my head, neck, and shoulders. The results were immediate and impressive; the headache was completely gone by the time I left. The attentive follow-up from the front desk staff was also appreciated. Highly recommend!
