Positive: "" Negative: There was 2 reasons of why I chose this hotel. The space, which was excellent and the pool. Didn?t find out that the pool was closed until after I purchased it. My nieces and nephew were so disappointed.

I stayed at the Residence Inn in Moline for just 1 night while on a work trip. The location is easy to find and there are several restaurants nearby as well as a Walmart in case you forgot anything. My check in was seamless and while I didn't catch her name, the lady at the front desk who checked me in was so happy and friendly! I have stayed in many hotels, and she might have been the most pleasant hotel I have met in quite a while! My room was large, very clean, and had plenty of space for all of my work luggage. There was a well-stocked kitchenette, good sized sofa, dining table and work desk. The tv between the 'living room' and bed swivels to turn it either direction. The bathroom was very large as well. I was on the 2nd floor and had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. There was an indoor pool that looked nice as well as an outdoor firepit area with nice looking chairs. There was quite a bit of guests here during my stay and a few times it was a little noisy in the hallway, but it didn't last long, and I didn't really hear anybody after 9pm. The bed was comfortable, and the blackout curtains were nice. The free breakfast the next morning included real eggs, biscuits and gravy and plenty of chilled items and bagels, etc. I enjoyed my stay here and would gladly stay again in the future.

Residence Inn Moline, I called this place home for 40 days and 40 🌙 nights. What I enjoyed most were the walls to the park and surrounding neighborhood. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was delightful. I would like to see more healthier options like spinach for breakfast and dairy-free milk. Christina (Manager) was professional and prompted to resolve a problem.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely phenomenal. I checked in to the hotel 5/31 at 10pm, and I cannot think of who was on shift that night, but she was so polite. I had many needs as I had a lot of children, and she accommodated me with all of my asks. The rest of my stay, Rosemary was very helpful and delightful with the service she provided. I am so impressed with the kindness I've experienced at this location. You are lucky to have such a wonderful staff.

Dated August 24, 2024.

I just checked out after staying for a week. Here is my honest feedback. The rooms are large and adequate, but not clean or up to grade.I stayed for 7 days and, despite two requests to clean the room, they simply disregarded me, and the personnel did not clean the room throughout my stay. I had to beg for sheets, toilet paper, napkins, and towels. What a lack of professionalism in customer service!Service varies greatly, from outstanding to horrible, depending on who you receive it from. Some employees are friendly and accommodating, but others are absent and useless. Breakfast was adequate, and there were no issues; nevertheless, with such terrible management, I would not recommend staying at this resort.

This Residence Inn wasn’t up to normal Residence Inn standards. Everything was a bit run down and dated. Nothing looked “fresh”, particularly clean or very modern. ||The shower was especially bad. Very little shower pressure, and I had to crank the hot water all the way up just to get a lukewarm shower. Then in the middle of my shower, the water pressure kept dropping even further and each time it did, the water got scalding hot. I got scalded and also ended up with shampoo in my eyes. One of the shelves in the shower had also been badly broken and poorly repaired. This was in room 214. ||We like it very cool at night, but this hotel prevents you from turning the temperature below 68. For us, that made for a very uncomfortable night sleep. So, bad shower, bad night’s sleep. Not really what we’re paying good money for. ||The location was fine and the staff members we encountered were very pleasant. Overall, we’re probably being generous with three stars. Can’t recommend. ||-The PowerTrippers

Absolutely a great place to stay. The room was very comfortable and well maintained. I was very pleased with the breakfast. It wasn't crowded like most places. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We forgot a couple things in the room and the staff was helpful in my retrieving them. Only one suggestion for management was that there was not a privacy door hanger. I saw this was missing in other hotels on our trip so maybe it is a trend.

I booked a stay here and was definitely not satisfied what so ever. These pictures are from 3 different rooms. I checked into 1 room, bed bug stains. I got a new room, and the sheets were just not changed. Full of hair, debris, nail clippings, etc. The 3rd room I gave a try but the mattress was just not cutting it. More stains that appeared to be from bed bugs. I did not stay and ended up checking out within the hour. It’s always worth double checking everything when you get into your room. I do not recommend staying at this hotel due to their lack of cleanliness.
