This place is ghetto. A bunch of kids are running the hallways at night. We can hear conversations through the walls. There were a ton of people just hanging out and drinking in the lobby. The guests above us were all kids, we think, stomping their feet every step at night. The front desk staff was kind and attentive, but the people this place attracted was enough to give 1 star to each part of this review. The shower would flood when the water was turned on. Stains on the towels. As I'm writing this review, I can hear some ladies in the hall going "AYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEE". Again, ghetto.

I've been sitting on this a while and this was truly the worst western. I really wanted to like it and gave it a chance. As soon as i walked in the room smelled very stale like it had been smoked it. I ended up having to buy air fresheners. The smell was even worse in the bathroom. The beds are not comfortable. It's not even worth advertising an indoor pool if it's freezing. It's 30 outside and 60 in the pool. No towels. Chewed gum on the floor for my 1 year old niece to pick up and try to eat. The breakfast is below mediocre , watered down apple juice , a waffle station and some apples. The location was great for the wedding i was in town for. And i do feel like the staff cares for the guests but the dehumidifier in the hallway as soon as you turn the corner should be your first red flag. My friends stayed in the next room and they said every time they used the shower it flooded the entire bathroom.

Good value. Extended stay. Had do not disturb sign out most of the time. The two times I did change it over to have room cleaned nobody cleaned it. Had to got to desk mgr for extra towels, etc. He also came and changed my trash bags since I had food in them. He was helpful and apologetic. Overall was a good experience.

When I first called, there was a ton of miscommunication. I had asked for 2 queens and was assigned a king. Luckily I had saw the email and got that cleared up before I came. I had also called all week about a first floor room before my visit and I was told I was already assigned to the first floor and guaranteed a first floor. When I got there, it was for the 2nd floor and they didn't seem to care about it. I have two hurt knees and major fibromyalgia and I struggled to do the stairs. Also, when checking out, I had to wait around 10 minutes at the front desk for anyone to hand back the keys. I told that person about the 2nd floor issue and again, they didn't seem to care. They shrugged and apologized but with a question as if they didn't know what to do. Also, the sheets had a couple stains on them. I didn't say anything because I know they have a lot of rooms. The TV remotes were a bit dirty also. Also, the room smelled a little bit at first but went away. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

Overall I have had a great experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The bedroom was extremely comfortable and was able to truly enjoy the amenities.

Good room. Spacious. Value for the money. Used only for sleeping overnight though. Staff did not service our room between the two days. Front desk folks were polite and courteous. LOUSY breakfast. Bare minimum Walmart products off the shelf that tasted bad as well.

I understand that the construction makes it hard for the staff to keep things clean. The entire hotel had a musty smell, the breakfast was basically non-existent, and the noise in the hallways from late night guests and their kids running around was unacceptable. The last 2 nights I stayed someone attempted multiple times to get into my room. I have stayed here many times in the past but something has changed in the past year. I will not stay again.
