We stayed here for 1 night. Shuntae meet us at the front desk. We can not say enough about her. She went well out of her way to accommodate us. We came back for happy hour and had the best pizza, salad bar and cookie. Everyone we had contact with were so nice and helpful. The only thing I can say negative is our room could really use a new mattress. We will diffently be back

I really have come to like the Staybridge brand of hotels. We always have had wonderful experiences with the team from check-in, social hour, breakfast on through check-out. I appreciate the actual kitchen in the room, even though we are really only needing a place to wash up our water bottles and refreeze our freezer packs. The room has enough seating and closet space and toiletries. The most appreciated part of our stays are the excellent breakfast offered each morning. That's really the best of all those out there in the industry!

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, beds and pillows are comfortable, breakfast was great (waffles, omelets, fresh fruit (whole and cut), 3x sausages, yogurts, cheeses, cubed sweet potatoes...). The bathroom has pump dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I wish they had a pump for hand soap by the bathroom sink (wrapped bar of soap instead). We travel with our son (now 17), and try to find hotels with a couch (where he sleeps). This hotel fits our needs perfectly!

Only drawback, the room was a tad warm, it was cool outside thus the A/C couldn't work, we used the continuous fan to draw in outside air.

Front desk person when checking-in offered a bag of ice should we need it. Mentioned the ice machines may be a bit slow. Thinking outside the box for customer service... fantastic!

This is our go to hotel when staying in Rockford, IL!!!

Location was very convenient right off of interstate. Close to lots of food and convenience stores. We where greeted by very helpful and friendly staff. Lobby was very clean and modern. The room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Bathroom had great shower with plenty of hot water pressure. The small kitchen area was very convenient. The workout room was well-equipped. There was a clean nice pool indoor pool. The only disappointment was lack of a place to plug my phone cord into. Usually there's a wall plug in or a desk block. Really very modern clean safe and friendly hotel suite

Most comfortable bed and pillows ever! The room was very clean and carpet looked new.
Just these few small updates would make a big difference in the appearance of the hotel. All the electrical sockets were old and yellow with no usb ports anywhere and the tub/shower combo although clean, was a little discolored. Also, the wallpaper in different places on the property was peeling.

Very positive experience at this hotel! My family and I will look to stay at the Staybridge Suites for our future travel plans. The rooms were clean. The staff welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Erica, our front desk attendant was very informative of the hotels accommodations and assisted us smoothly during check-in. The pool was down unfortunately for maintenance during our stay but that happens and we won’t take away points because that is something no one can control. Pantry was convenient to go to for small necessities. Laundry facilities were available. Breakfast was delicious and one of the best I’ve been to. It was buffet style and had a good selection for warm items. Over exceeded our expectations. 10/10!

We were driving west and north from West Virginia on Saturday, January 4, 2025. We had changed our original route to St. Louis due to a big snowstorm coming from the west. Arrived in Rockford about and checked in here about 5:30PM. We were very pleasantly surprised at the deluxe suite we were given with full breakfast included. The price was what we usually pay for a small room without breakfast. Our room was beautiful and huge which included a kitchen. There are quite a few hotels all around here in close proximity, I'm sure they don't offer as good a deal as we had here. Our suite was incredibly comfortable. We had a great night here. Breakfast was awesome as well. So many selections of good things to eat both hot and cold. This is a very well managed hotel, we were very impressed. I wish all places could be like this. We very highly recommend Staybridge. Excellent!!

This is one of the best long term stay hotels I have stayed when traveling for work in the Midwest. It’s well rounded with personnel and services from the front desk, the manager, breakfast is excellent with many options and fresh food (Maria, Claudia, Lucy, and Katy always so kind and happy to help). I had my son with special needs visit and they were accommodating to him and patient. This is something I always hope to have for my son. They also spoke Spanish and that’s great. Cleaning service is always available and thorough. Overall above and beyond. Thank you for your cheerful service wonderful!
